I got the impossible burger with a large fries large onion rings and eight piece mozzarella fries . I believe they passed one half of an onion over the top of the onion rings to tell them this is what you're supposed to taste like it didn't work. The fries were chewy. The mozzarella sticks did not eat like mozzarella sticks they were bland as hell. The impossible Burger actually was quite good. I hadn't eaten in Burger King in probably about 6 years and yeah now I remember why.

Was a regular customer up until today. The manager there is very rude and disrespectful with how he talks to you. He’s the reason the customer service is horrible at this location. Learn to respect your customers and take care of the customer.

Manager there is extremely rude. I’ve had multiple issues here and have given this location more than enough fair chances but after my last experience of the manager being rude and getting upset because SHE couldn’t understand me while I was speaking at a normal tone so I had to speak louder was enough. How can you be upset that you can’t hear so someone has to speak louder but then you take that offensively? Childish. I hope this location get’s some new faces in there because they desperately need it.

Went to get a quick meal, tried to use a coupon code. Apparently this place has never had training or heard of a coupon code, because every single time they failed to input the numbers correctly and when asked if a manager could change the price of the order, I was told no because "there's no button". Yet, it was their fault they could not get my codes to work. They should be able to either discount my meal or remedy some other way instead of arguing with the customer and trying to sell that i'm an idiot. When I finally did order and get my food, the fries and burgers were barely warm and even after saying just ketchup, they still managed to put pickles and tomatoes on. Not to mention, the drinks were barely carbonated, they tasted extremely flat. DO NOT go here if you are looking for friendly or helpful staff. They will just try to tell you that you're stupid and refuse to remedy the situation when it's their fault and problem. Also DO NOT go here if you want hot food, even if they're not busy. Disgusting attitudes and food.
