This Domino’s Deserves a Standing Ovation!

Okay, I have to give major credit where it’s due — this Domino’s location absolutely crushed it. I’m talking next-level pizza perfection and customer service that actually made my day.

I ordered a large Philly Cheese Steak pizza, some stuffed cheesy bread, and a chocolate lava cake (don’t judge me 😅) — and every single item was amazing. The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy edge and melty cheese all the way to the crust. The toppings tasted fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Just solid, satisfying pizza done RIGHT.

The cheesy bread? Addictive. Soft, loaded with cheese, and that garlic seasoning? Unreal. And the lava cake? Let’s just say if love had a flavor, it would be that.

But honestly, what impressed me most was the team. The order came out fast, the packaging was neat, and the person at the counter greeted me like I was a regular (first time there!). Super friendly, upbeat vibes, and everything felt clean and organized. You just don’t get that kind of consistency everywhere.

I’ve ordered Domino’s for years, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the brand. Whoever’s managing this location — you're doing everything right. Keep it up. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

Sucks, this place is worse place to make an order, i ordered 2 large pizza and told me will take 45 minutos after an hour i called they told me that nobody answer my phone so they tildme they will delivery again second time they told me nobody answer the phone what a cheap excuse when i told the person who took my order to delivery to customer service desk this place is sucks i hope nobody else oreder from this place untill they fired all the employee in this facility

They deliver my food in 80 minutes and my food was cold like frozen

Not sure how this place runs. They never pick up the phone. Waited on the call for more than 10 minutes and hung up.

Maybe new owners took over recently??? because: 1. Last time I ordered on the app my delivery didn’t come for almost 2 hours. I finally called and ended up getting hung up on many times over until finally got them to cancel. I tried them for the last time today and ordered what I always ordered a Peperoni with extra sause. This order was always executed good in the past and today it came with a ridiculous amount of sauce as if it were deliberately meant to be an absurd amount. While dominos is junk pizza it’s still a very very tasty product when done the way it’s meant to be. THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY RUN BY AN INCOMPETENT CREW. It wasn’t always like this here. It was pretty disgusting.

I just called and placed an annoying order where most people would have gotten annoyed and I dealt with Lazar in Midland Park who was patient, thorough and efficient. He was wonderful. You don’t deal with people like him anymore so it was very refreshing.

This place was very good, the people were friendly, the smell of the pizzas made the atmosphere warm and smell amazingly pleasant, and delicious! There was only 2 people when I went there but they worked hard and I appreciate it because they are kind. Would go many times try it!

Kid-friendliness: They have a step for kids to watch the pizzas get made. So they don’t spend time on their phones and devices!
