Slow ass service. None of the employees there acknoledge customer. If you dick up a delivery ordwrvthe order is never started until after you arive and wait 15+ minutes to get to talk to someone. Avoid this location.

When I was walking up to the counter to place my order, the barista was looking at me weird, I smiled and said hi but he looked angry and started walking away. I stood there and he looked at me angrily again and came back to me. I smiled again and said hi, how are you? He just looked angry and didn't even respond or say a word. So I told him what I wanted and that was it. Nasty person should not be working in customer service. Otherwise the food we ordered was good. Wouldn't come back to this location though. Also had annoying young kids being very loud and obnoxious while we tried to eat.

The attitude I received at this Dunkin was beyond me today. I pulled into the driveway and ordered a large Iced Vanilla Chai and a small iced chai. Not only was I greeted with “What do you want”, but the girl taking the order was just completely rude the entire time. We pulled up, she said nothing, scanned my rewards and threw the scanner and then shoved the stuff into my hands. Normally, I would just assume the worker was having a bad day, but as someone who literally works for Dunkin this was just bitter behavior. Anyways, I had taken a sip and noticed it wasn’t vanilla, it was FRENCH vanilla. Ok, she had made a mistake and that’s OK, I’ve done that plenty of times at work. But, I pull back through and politely say “Hi, I had just came though the drive through and ordered an iced vanilla chai but there is French Vanilla. Would a remake be possible please? And she responded in a yelling tone “You didn’t specify what you wanted, pull up”…never have I ever blatantly disrespected someone like that at work and had such a nasty tone. Not to mention, the “remade “ drink also had a weird taste to it. I genuinely hope this girls rude miserable life gets better since she treats strangers so disgustingly! #getanewdamnjob

I had went through drive thru for a bagel and coffee, and a female at the drive through had a horrible attitude with a bullnose ring and colored hair. I had asked very nicely for items but was told they didn’t sell it here even though they used to sell it at the old dunkin down the street, with an attitude “ we don’t have that here” I went to get my food at the window payed for my food, very nicely and asked her if she was okay? She blank stared at me and didn’t say anything. After she gave me my order I said thank you 2x and once again a blank stare and no reply. If you’re not a people person then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a place with interaction to the public. Just my food for thought. All my other times I’ve came here I’ve never dealt with someone being so blankly rude. As long as she is working drive thru I will not be returning. Also my bagel wasn’t toasted correctly and it seemed stale.

I visited Dunkin today with my little son . What a wonderful experience. One of the best customer service by Jeffrey. My son wanted a strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut. As it was Valentines day, they pretty much ran out of most of the sprinkled donuts. But Jeffrey was very kind, even though he was busy on the drive thru lane, he went out of his way, to specially look for a sprinkled donuts for my son. He was very kind to my little one. My little son was so pleased with his service. Thank you Jeffrey. Requesting the manager of this store to recognize Jeffrey for his outstanding customer service.

I am typically not one to complain or write google reviews but today was something that should be expressed and written about for other customers to see to ensure they do not receive what I received today!Today at a little past 11:00am I drove through the drive thru and ordered a medium iced caramel latte along with a lemon loaf. I paid with a GC and then drove off to drop off this order for an employee of mine at my business. She went to eat the lemon loaf and found that it tasted off. She turned the loaf around and it was MOLDY! Absolutely DISGUSTING and lack of care was put into ensuring that their products were not out of date or did not have mold. Safe to say I will not be returning!PLEASE BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE!
