didn’t know that there were such terrible Dunkin’ Donuts.. awful awful staff.. can’t understand a word they say and they like to complain to you about not being able to understand them

This dunkin sucks. Some employees trying their best but they got obnoxious 7th graders in there every day screaming. Aside from that, it's a soul crushing corporate slop factory. Don't go here, support local business instead.

I wish I could go to this Dunkin because it’s in my town. Drink about 3 small cups of hot coffee a day. Forced to go out of my way to wyckoff or Hawthorne location because of the horrendous coffee. Gave them another shot today only to be disappointed yet again. It’s always the colored-hair girl with the bullnose ring that’s extremely rude. One time I nicely asked for extra cream thinking it would change the flavor and she proceeded to make the coffee white in color…dumped out immediately and went to wyckoff. Had to bring the cup to wyckoff today for an exchange it’s so sad

This one is my go to but unfortunately has a lot of workers that don’t care at all. There are a few that are exceptional. Also, the mobile ordering lane is going to get someone killed. There are too many angry people in the world and apparently no one can understand this Dunkin made two lanes; one for people that already ordered.

Apparently, starting today, while the manager is away on vacation, she has decided that they must not full up cups anymore when “no ice” is ordered. All other stores do not do this, and theirs didn’t until today apparently. Customers do not pay the major corporation Dunkin’ Donuts for its ice. I will not go back to that Dunkin’, I hope others read this and go to the many others in our area instead, where you get what you ask for and paid for, not a 70% filled cup… Manager is clearly not a woman of the people, but more worried about the corporation. That cup has not been touched by a straw, and you can see the drink hasn’t gone up any of the sides either. How can you serve this to someone with a straight face.

Worst Dunkin in Bergen county . The service with the amount of employees in there , is the slowest I’ve ever come by going to a Dunkin location . Especially the drive thru . They should take advice from the location in Ridgewood on Franklin Tpk by 17 . They all have there jobs and it is the busiest around and the wait times are not long at all . Midland Park on a simple sandwich you order on the drive thru on a line of 6 cars . By the time I get to the window , they ask you to move to the next window to wait 5-10 more minutes for a sandwich! More convenient to drive to Franklin TpK and get quality service .

I’ve been disappointed by this Dunkin’ location more times than I can count. The parking lot is a nightmare—tight, poorly designed, and often backs up traffic on the main road. But the real issue is the constant lack of inventory. I’ve placed mobile orders or waited in line, only to be told they’re out of basic items like donuts or munchkins. This has happened at all hours, multiple times. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve promised my kids a treat, only to leave empty-handed and frustrated. Management seriously needs to get it together—this store clearly has an issue with planning and stocking. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

I get my coffee at this Dunkin more than I would like to admit. lol. But in any case, the reason I go here so often is because this is by far one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. From the morning crew to the evening crew each member is attentive, kind and clearly doing the best they can to provide service to the myself and the other Dunkin customers. If you trying to grab a quick coffee, or dine in and share coffee with a friend, this is the Dunkin to go to.

The sandwiches were carefully prepared — this might be the best Dunkin in the area. They just need to pay a bit more attention to keeping the tables clean.

Depending on the time of day, as well as whether you go through the drive-thru or go inside, there could be a long line and wait.
As I understand it, this location has an order ahead, which allows you to bypass the drive-thru line to pick up your order. If that's something you do, it would probably be recommended, especially if you are coming very early in the morning or any of the other busy times.
