I had went through drive thru for a bagel and coffee, and a female at the drive through had a horrible attitude with a bullnose ring and colored hair. I had asked very nicely for items but was told they didn’t sell it here even though they used to sell it at the old dunkin down the street, with an attitude “ we don’t have that here” I went to get my food at the window payed for my food, very nicely and asked her if she was okay? She blank stared at me and didn’t say anything. After she gave me my order I said thank you 2x and once again a blank stare and no reply. If you’re not a people person then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a place with interaction to the public. Just my food for thought. All my other times I’ve came here I’ve never dealt with someone being so blankly rude. As long as she is working drive thru I will not be returning. Also my bagel wasn’t toasted correctly and it seemed stale.

I visited Dunkin today with my little son . What a wonderful experience. One of the best customer service by Jeffrey. My son wanted a strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut. As it was Valentines day, they pretty much ran out of most of the sprinkled donuts. But Jeffrey was very kind, even though he was busy on the drive thru lane, he went out of his way, to specially look for a sprinkled donuts for my son. He was very kind to my little one. My little son was so pleased with his service. Thank you Jeffrey. Requesting the manager of this store to recognize Jeffrey for his outstanding customer service.

I am typically not one to complain or write google reviews but today was something that should be expressed and written about for other customers to see to ensure they do not receive what I received today!Today at a little past 11:00am I drove through the drive thru and ordered a medium iced caramel latte along with a lemon loaf. I paid with a GC and then drove off to drop off this order for an employee of mine at my business. She went to eat the lemon loaf and found that it tasted off. She turned the loaf around and it was MOLDY! Absolutely DISGUSTING and lack of care was put into ensuring that their products were not out of date or did not have mold. Safe to say I will not be returning!PLEASE BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE!

I have been here several times since it opened purely out of convenience and each time I’m disappointed. There’s one friendly woman taking drive thru orders which is the only reason I gave service an extra star but that’s not who you see at the window and everyone other than her I’ve dealt with is extremely rude. The coffee is ALWAYS terrible and extremely watered down. I once got a bagel for my toddler there and it was hard as a rock, I had to throw it out after pulling away and go to a bagel shop. Worst of all, this is now the nearest Dunkin for me so if I try to doordash coffee, it comes from here and it’s horrible. Last time I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar at the drive through and they put 6…SIX cream and 6 sugars on the screen and I said that’s too much and they argued with me saying that’s standard for cream and sugar. I think they jump through hoops trying to cover up the fact that they water down their coffee so much. Today I gave it one last shot and got an iced latte… they handed me a cup of iced milk. I’ll now suffer through the Starbucks line to avoid this place going forward. There’s a reason there’s never a line at this Dunkin.
Haven’t been inside but it’s nice and quick for the drive thru picking up a coffee. This was not during rush hour or anything so I can’t speak on the speed of service then but going during off times I was happy.

This is new Dunkin in midland park.Very nice and clean- just opened!!They don’t know about matcha latte - wow seriously - that's a big issue. Also they don’t have full line of donuts and missing out the varieties - where is donut stick ?I would have given it a lesser grade if it hadn't been so beautiful and clean.

Third visit to this location. New place is nicer than when it was across the shopping center. Service is bad ( all visits). Forgot the egg on the egg sandwich (1st visit). Server looked under the influence (3rd visit). No napkins. Not coming back.
