Usually helpful,not everybody knows how to use social media so they can't answer a question which is a surprise to me that they are working in a cell phone establishment and can't answer simple questions. Today I got the help I needed.

I am compelled to write this letter because of the horrible way that I was treated yesterday (September 27, 2021, at about 2:00 PM) at the Dunkin Donuts located at 80 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432.When I walked into the establishment there was only one employee at the counter and no customers. The person behind the counter was talking on his cell with the mask under his chin. As I placed my order (ice cream) he did not stop the call or fixed his mask over the mouth. When he opened the protecting doors to serve the ice cream I noticed droplets coming out of this mouth and into the buckets of ice cream. Then I told him that I did not want the ice cream anymore because he was not wearing his mask properly and left. As I was leaving he shouted "f... y...!", to which I did not react. However, I cannot let this event stray unreported. This is the time of the pandemic and this person may infect your customers.Description of the offending individual: male, 20 to 25 years old, Latin ethnicity (he was speaking Spanish), dark skin, black beard, and not showing a good disposition for work.
