I went in. I ordered well-done spareribs chicken with eggplant a wonton soup. I go home the spare of a raw no rice. I called them and she tells me she’ll send the rice to me so I said what am I supposed to do with the spare ribs and she said put them in the microwave make them well-done and warm the chicken in the broccoli it gets hot. That’s the answer I got I spent $35. Plus a tip. She basically told me to cook my own food after I paid for it. She would deliver the rice and of course obviously I would have to wait so I said the ribs were raw and the chicken and the broccoli was gonna get cold and then she told me that cook it in the microwave Unbelievable well you know I won’t be going back there.

To say the staff is “rude to customers” is an understatement. My family I have ordered from here a handful of times. The food is decent but a bit overpriced. We have admittedly referred to this place as “that place with the mean woman.” Yesterday when I needed to grab some takeout, I felt bad about my statement. After all, running a business is difficult and everyone has a bad day, right? So I decided to give this place another try. Lo and behold, the woman at the register had a nasty attitude. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other local, family owned restaurants that treat customers with respect.

The owner is very rude and condescending and disrespectful instead of discussing and explaining his policy, he started yelling and screaming, trying to bully me when all he had to do was say there’s a minimum charge to drive for deliver But no, he was screaming and yelling. This age with the economy and businesses are suffering instead of just saying minimum delivery charge. He kept yelling and screaming. I had to School him and then I just hung up because he kept on yelling if that’s how he’s gonna run his business he’s going to close soon because all in all this place is pricey.

Nasty attitude, the lady at the register is always so rude, this is my very last time coming here, I don’t know if it’s the language barrier but she always give me the wrong food, this is the third time it happens to me, today when she gave me white rice instead of fried rice I had to drive back and tell her to change it (it was a take out order) she was SO RUDE, telling me that I ordered wrong (have in mind this is not the first time she gave me a wrong order) she was slapping and talking laud in her Chinese Language which of course I know she was referring to me, He never has a smile, always have a nasty attitude I should of listened to my friends that always tell me not to come here! There’s way better places in the area or even in town, Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The worst place. Rude to people. Did not get a chance to place the order. Gave attitude, and I asked if she was upset ? she stated yes! Additionally they did not have the basic fried rice to complete the order. The other rude thing she pulled was looking into my wallet to say I had enough cash to pay. I said it's not enough. And walked out.

Order delivery here since my local usual places were closed. Ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice and chicken and broccoli. Usually orders in every Chinese American restaurant.They said they do not have chicken wings and pork fried rice combo set. They advised I would have to order that separately. I said ok, and confirmed how many wings in an order. They said 6 and I was satisfied with the number. When I got the order the chicken wings were 3 chicken wings with the drumsticks and flats separated to total 6 which tasted horrible!! The pork fried rice was hard and tasted old. All in all this 40 dollar meal went to the garbage and I could strongly say I would not be ordering from here again.

. One of my biggest gripes with Chinese restaurant take-out is that by the time it gets home it can be soggy. Not at Grand Wok! The food is fresh, tasty, and everyone who works there is really nice. I’ve never had a meal there that was not exceptional. This is the best Chinese restaurant in a 5 mile radius from my home.

My last time ordering from here. The shrimp toast was dried out and shriveled up. The General tso shrimp had zero flavor. The sauce was a gelatinous mess. I reached out but didn’t get a response. Not surprised.

I ordered online for pick upDining area itself is fine for counter service.Good was tasty I had the roast duck buns. They were delicious. The bread puffy and soft. Loved them! The scallion pancakes were crispy and the sauce was the perfect foil for them. However, I found not a single scallion in them. It’s like someone forgot to fold them into when making the dough. Lady behind the counter got annoyed when I asked for hot sauce since I didn’t ask for it online. Would try more things next time.
