Disgusted!!! I am an avid customer of the store and even live across the street and order all the time. I clearly… Picture attached… Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a rainbow bagel with no cheese. This is some thing I order at least once a week in the same way every single time. I got a plain bagel, ice cold by the way with cheese not on a rainbow bagel. When I called the store to tell them that it was incorrect instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me, could barely understand me, because nobody could speak English and insisted that they would make it right but he would come over and explain to me what he saw on the ticket etc. I’m trying to get the kids out the door to school and didn’t even get my order at this point because the people who work, there are more concerned with being correct, improving their point, and simply getting a very good customer and her children in the right order so they can go to school. I am absolutely done ordering from this over price location where you get the most rude service.

Absolutely amazing food and amazing deals. I just got a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown. Two eggs on a plane bagel for $6 and some change. Def will be going here more often just moved to the area and was told there food was great.

Looks promising from that outside but as soon as I walked in it felt off. The food was below average and they skimp out on the meats and eggs. I’ve also heard bad things about the daughter as well. I will not be supporting this local business for any longer.

You want to start the day with a nice breakfast and coffee, but the attitude of the woman working there can really get on your nerves. The other day I asked for the bagel to be toasted and she looked at me for 30 seconds. Yes, I like my bagel warm and I don't care if you have to work a minute longer for it.I don't even get an answer when I pay and say good day.

Favorite local bagel place! I love the lighter cooked bagels, don't like them crispy at all.. They make a great breakfast sandwich and very good whitefish salad.

I never left a review here I always wanted to. The place is clean always and the bagels are actually really good. People are nice but I feel like once the tall skinny guy with super short hair left it's been going down( who I thought was partial owner or owners brother).It's been a while since I have seen him. But every time I go there and get a bagel w/cream cheese they always put nothing on it and not also they half way smear the cream cheese as well. Also every time I would go and get my wife a grilled sandwich every time without fail the bacon would be terrible in the sense of almost not heated up and chewy and gross. I also order her BEC wraps w two eggs and it usually looks super slender. Which is weird cause i'm pretty sure grill guy has been on the grill for a while too . Maybe shame on me for keep going back I like their bagels though. But maybe the owner will see this and change it or maybe not. They must be doing something right though maybe it's just me but they are always busy good for them. Again owner please change this.

Jersey and twenty sixteen this is really painful to see. All she does is look at people and then if you say excuse me she ignores you. Like I said that's not the way I Wanna start out my morning and she's been there for a long time when I don't understand for the life of me why a business set could be So much more successful if they had better people continue to hire these people that are obnoxious and Extremely rude.Then there's 2 guys that work there that are really dope individuals but whenever I order food it always seems to take a very long time with nobody. In the restaurant yesterday I waited almost twenty minutes for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich And I was the only one in the store. Like are you kidding me. Then I had a deal with a girl who won the asphalt coffee said something in Spanish. I guess under her breath at me?It's like displaces just so dysfunctional it's disgusting..I'm gonna close with saying the food is definitely worth going Bud. The service is one of the worst I've seen in Burden county and I've probably would say it's 1 of the worst service I've seen in northern. New Jersey for that matter.There's plenty of other places within a 15 minute drive. That will treat you like family when you walk in and won't talk to. You like your worthless or won't talk about you in a different language when you simply ask for something..I will never go there again.

I have been to numerous bagels places and delis throughout NJ, Long Island, and NYC and Midland Park is by far the best!! The bagels are made to perfection and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend visiting this deli!!

Been here 4 times now. Food is okay but there seems to be some disorganization and resentment between employees. Would be 4 stars if not.Seems they take their frustration out on each other.One occasion:Ordered my food and when it came to pay they said to wait for the other guy who took my order.2nd occasion:Ordered my food and when it came to pay. They didn't know who’s food was what and began arguing amongst themselves.Eventually they figured it out but gentleman threw sandwich in bag and hit me with it. Seemed took his frustration on customer. I was shocked, no apology but kept it moving.

Literally cannot say enough about this place. These are absolutely the best bagels around. Stinks that their prices have gone up significantly in the last year.. can't get them as often as I would like, but it's till my favorite place to go for a great bagel. Place is always clean and they have a nice array of bagels. I haven't had anything besides their breakfast sandwiches and bagels, but they never miss.
