Honestly, I would love to have given this starbucks a good review, but the lady working was honestly so rude. she was stand offish, and when i asked her to use apple pay, she rolled her eyes and gave such an attitude. we really need to be looking more carefully at our workers. everyone has bad days, but this was unprofessional. very mad. the hot chocolate also has 0 flavor ngl. otherwise, love the drinks there and usually the place is perfectly fine!

I ordered an iced pecan latte at the Midland Park Starbucks today, but I was disappointed to find that there was no cold foam on top, which is usually a highlight of this drink. The barista, Aerille, didn't mention anything about it and just handed me the drink after making the foam without much communication. Hoping for a better experience next time!"

I went to this starbucks and ordered a drink as I normally will. These 2 teenage ish girls or early 20s were beyond disrespectful, They shut the window in our faces before we could even ask for a straw. They are also extremely slow in making any drinks or food items, I waited 15 minutes for a bagel.

Kayla served me and she was amazing. She is so nice and takes her time to be polite to customers instead of rushing. She’s the reason why I’ll be coming back!

Quick service, but not consistent with the quality of the pink drink. One visit it is full of strawberry and the next there is only 1 in the cup. A franchise needs to be consistent.

Staff is above par. Floating managers vary but there is 1 that should not even be working with people, I'll say no name... Overall these staff members are under UNDUE stress for a ton of demanding customers and they are incredibly professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

As I was waiting for my cold brew around noon by the mobile order pickup station I watched a man worker I believe with black earrings and a tie dye t shirt yell at the girl making my drink after he spilled milk. He said to her “go get the mop now” which caused my wait to be even longer and then walked past my drink aswell seeing it unmade. No workers should be spoken to that way. SHAME on that man!

Most of the employees who work here are extremely careless and incompetent. They will get your order wrong, either by accident or out of spite, and when you bring it to their attention they will not care and even get upset at you for wanting it made correctly. Be warned.

Employees laugh and joke around about drink modifications, pouring 2% milk into orders where non-dairy milk has been requested. They joke around about giving customers regular vanilla syrup out of spite when they request sugar-free vanilla syrup.

I know a diabetic who had been given Blonde espresso in a shaken espresso that they had requested to be decaffeinated. They even emphasized their diabetic status to the barista while ordering multiple times, in hopes that they would pay closer attention to the modification. They found out it was caffeinated when they had a hyperglycemic reaction afterwards.

Please be careful if you have any allergy accommodations that you may need when you order drinks here. Please go to a coffeeshop that takes these accommodations seriously.

The person Annisa who took our order at the drive thru was extremely rude. We order two drinks and egg bites we couldn’t even clarify which type of egg bites we wanted. She was rushing us and didn’t care to listen anything we asked. When we went to pay I asked if I can use my app she rolled her eyes at my husband and I and continued to give us an attitude. The drinks we ordered she messed up royally I asked for OATMILK on the iced latte and she put regular milk. The drive thru line was empty it wasn’t like there was anyone behind us on line. Just a few cars in the parking lot. Starbucks should only hire people who have good interpersonal skills. What a horrible experience!!
