People here don’t know how to work during a rush.

I’m a doordasher that occasionally gets orders from this location. Sometimes it takes them up to 5-10 minutes to make an order. The frustrating part is that they will have all the drinks ready but not packed in a bag. I am basically waiting for orders that should have already been packed in the first place.

The Wyckoff and ridgewood location know how to work. You guys are beyond absurd with how you work. Someone should be handling to go orders like DoorDash properly here

I have went there and one of the cash register was closed we were waiting front of it which had no sign that its closed and the staff did not even look kept on chit chatting and other customers approached after we arrived to other cashier , staff started taking their orders and did not even look at our face. We have asked couple questions about the drink adv in the picture behind and staff's explanations were vauge and after we took our drinks my friend's order was wrong mine was not blended enough.

It seems that their manager has no discipline. Thus, the entire staff has low quality service.

Only positive thing i can say the cleanliness of the shop was slight above average.

I feel like this is the slowest Starbucks ever. It’s nice because it’s convenient but by the time I get my drinks, I could have driven to 17 or into the heart of Ridgewood. Maybe they need to hire more people.

Patty the manager told me its my problem that i received 2 drinks instead of 3 even when i clearly asked for 3. Very nasty attitude for a manager. Starbucks needs to train better or something

Ridgewood one is better and taste better. I got a pup cup which is free I know but the way they handed it to me was awful and it was water

The worst Starbucks experience. The employees prioritize drive-thru customers over those inside the store and frequently forget orders. All I want is a cup of coffee, yet I often watch customers who arrived after me get served first, forcing me to ask about my missing order. This has happened multiple times, including twice in the last two weeks. Don't visit this Starbucks.
