I feel like this is the slowest Starbucks ever. It’s nice because it’s convenient but by the time I get my drinks, I could have driven to 17 or into the heart of Ridgewood. Maybe they need to hire more people.

Patty the manager told me its my problem that i received 2 drinks instead of 3 even when i clearly asked for 3. Very nasty attitude for a manager. Starbucks needs to train better or something

The worst Starbucks experience. The employees prioritize drive-thru customers over those inside the store and frequently forget orders. All I want is a cup of coffee, yet I often watch customers who arrived after me get served first, forcing me to ask about my missing order. This has happened multiple times, including twice in the last two weeks. Don't visit this Starbucks.

Closest Starbucks to where I work so I order all the time but I'm switching to the Ridgewood Starbucks bc the baristas here are all high on something. Not making it up when I say they have literally never gotten an order right lol. Genuinely dumb people working here
Oh my, what a delightful experience! I stopped by for a little pick-me-up, and let me tell you, it was divine! I’ve had my fair share of coffee (even in New York, mind you!), but this—this was something special. Angel, the charming young barista, made my drink with such care, and oh, was it fabulous! He was so kind, so patient, and just a joy to chat with. We need more wonderful souls like him in this world. Bless his heart! I’ll be coming back for sure. 💕☕

Stopped at the Midland Park Starbucks where I made the grave mistake of asking for sriracha. Aaron at the drive-thru window responded with a charming “ok bye” and promptly slammed the window in my face.
Didn’t know basic courtesy was out of stock too. Thanks for the attitude, Aaron — truly unforgettable!
