Quick service, but not consistent with the quality of the pink drink. One visit it is full of strawberry and the next there is only 1 in the cup. A franchise needs to be consistent.

Staff is above par. Floating managers vary but there is 1 that should not even be working with people, I'll say no name... Overall these staff members are under UNDUE stress for a ton of demanding customers and they are incredibly professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

honestly, i prefer supporting local coffee shops, but this one barista (i think her name is daea or dalea?) has made me feel so welcome and great about myself, that i couldn’t help but leave a review! it must be so exhausting to be a college student at a prestigious university AND work here, so she truly does act as an inspiration and helps me put some pep in my step every morning. shouts out to this barista fr!! amazing personality and overall lovely person. these college kids...
