My favorite Subway location that I've been to. I live right outside of Houston TX and travel for work so I've visited quite a few. This place is the best. The 2 guys that work there are so friendly and helpful. Customer service is above and beyond. You feel like family when you walk in. The food quality and presentation are amazing. The guys are the reason this location stands out. Thank y'all for all y'all do!!!

Let me just say this, I never write a review. Tanner the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. He was so genuine, personal, kind and understanding. I wish every restaurant I went to had a Tanner working there. And he made recommendations on our sandwiches that made them so much more tastier.
It made me feel like I was getting a sandwich at the Ritz Carlton

This place is usually good, today is the first time they messed with my online order.
2 of foot long chicken sandwiches, clearly said Italian bread with Provolone cheese (I checked my receipt again!) toasted. I got both white bread barely toasted, and no cheese!!! And main protein, chicken. Very light handed, only tiny thin layer in the middle of sandwich, no chicken on half end parts. My kid chose sweet onion sauce, but barely no sauce. Next time, I will order in person, so I can watch all the ingredients I choose will be used.

This is the best service I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I crave Subway, I make sure to visit the Midland Park location. Their service is consistently excellent—always timely, with friendly and professional staff. In particular, Tanner stands out; he is truly a gem. Although there are several Subway locations closer to me, I always choose this one for the outstanding experience it provides.

I never review restaurants but every time I visit this Subway, I’m seriously blown away by the incredible service. The employees here are always kind, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a 10/10 experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they serve. This location stands out because of its amazing staff, and I always leave feeling appreciated and well taken care of. The sandwiches are of course always delicious as well. Thank you Subway Midland Park for making each visit such a pleasant one!

Almost a year ago used to be a daily customer with me and 2 of my friends until one day while we were picking up our online orders a lady accuses one of my friend of stealing a bottled drink. The lady told us it was on camera i asked her to show me the footage and if that's the case I'll pay for it. Nobody in our group steals but the lady kept ignoring my request to show me the footage then I told her to call the police about it or show me the footage so that I could pay. She did neither, kept ignoring me and went back to furilling online orders instead. We believe this was a targeted attack since our friend is African American. Last time I've ever came there since. The person responsible was an older Indian female.
