The guy working at the drive through told me to shut my ass up. Sunday at 1am. Very unprofessional. If I could give a negative star I would.

Putting a spoon in the bag for a frosty and wiping off the outside when you overfill it, goes a long way. So does, “you’re welcome, have a nice day” when someone says thank you. Yall got the rudest employees ever

Do these black painted straws have forever chemicals on them?
Since they have gone to the Coca-Cola Freestyle Beverage Server, the drinks have had no taste. It's like the mix is set extremely low, and it's mostly water with some food coloring.
The food is okay for what it is, Be prepared, though, for very long lines, both inside and outside, if you are going anywhere near peak times.
It's easily five to ten minutes to do the drive-thru, even if there's one maybe two people in front of you.

Went through the drive-through .a little problem with the language problem. I had to repeat my order three times .once I paid. I received my order .Two orders were wrong. So please check your orders.

Guy working the drive thru sounded illiterate and I couldn’t understand what he was saying, so I could not order what I wanted

The dining room at this place is always totally empty, so why the hell does it take the employees so long to fill out the few Mobil orders and drive thru orders that they get?? One cashier today was at the drive thru window and moved slow as hell, like she didn’t care that there were lines of cars building up. When I pulled into the parking lot and came up to the speaker to say I was there for my order, first I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me, then I said my name when prompted, then sat there in silence in my car for several minutes until I said, “Hello” to which I was told I didn’t need to wait and could drive around. Then it was almost ten minutes before I got my food all while the girl at the window walked around slow as hell and with zero concern for the waiting customers.
I’ll just stick with the Wendy’s in Hillsdale.

We just stepped inside and the cashier yelled at us to hurry up and order because they closed in 10 minutes. We then went outside because they kicked us out of the inside and we ate outside and they called the cops on us for “playing loud music” when we had absolutely NOTHING playing, even the cop that pulled up agreed that he heard nothing. In the process of leaving the same cop arrived again saying that the employees wanted us to leave.

My card was compromised and I called the store a few times last night and told them I never placed an order through door dash. As I spoke with someone they told me they didn't see any orders through my name or card. I was charged twice. They told me to contact door dash. I did. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Then my sister called me this morning stating food was left on the door step. Food we never ordered. All I want to do is be refunded for this. The food is now in the garbage and now I'm out of attest $40. How can I be refunded and how do I have this not happen again. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks. I do have the emails and a picture of the receipt, again, for an order none of us no about.
