Got chicken nuggets after work as a little hold over experience was awful drive thru guy was rude and belittling for asking simple questions seemed annoyed even tho it’s literally his job. Worst of all gave me food poisoning do not recommend.

Went thru drive-thru to order $7 biggie meal and she asked if we wanted medium or large so we said medium and got charged $8.30 for upgrade that we didn't want..mgr said they're instructed to ask so it's a scam to get alittle more money from customers!!

There is one employee, name begins with F, who is always super courteous, professional and very nice both at the drive through order stage and at the pickup window. I pick up a quick meal at the same time a few times a month, and she is always the one working the window. This is the way it’s supposed to be done, thank you!

We’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for a while my kids love it, so we’re not new customers. But after today, we won’t be coming back.
My younger daughter opened her sandwich and it had clearly been bitten into. We went back calmly not even asking for a refund just to let them know, because that’s a serious issue. Instead of taking it seriously, the worker at the window gave us attitude and said, “So you’re saying my manager bit the sandwich?” Then the manager brushed us off and the employee slammed the drive-thru window in our face.
It was handled so poorly. As a mother, I’m concerned tampering with someone’s food is dangerous, especially for kids. We’ve always liked this place, but after today, we can’t trust it anymore.

Horrible racist african americans always give attitude they never put sauces on my food i go there very often and i can tell yiu is there lazy and take long bathroom breaks .. there even racist towards the hispanic employees there i . That old lady in the front always has a nasty attitude.

It was my first ever at this Wendy, I was picking up food
First I want to say the workers there have nasty attitude as well definitely unprofessional, rude not one of them said hi or even acknowledged the people that were there for pick up, one guy literally cancel his order n left his exact words exactly was” he waited there more then 20 min”, I ask the register girl with that big nose pierce a question I didn’t even get an answer she just nodded her head there is one lady with a lips tattooed on her neck she had my order put it back and made me wait another 15 min before I had to ask another employee for my food not to mention the both of them step to the side to prepare food they were preparing food for people not even in the store but made us wait, every single one of them need to be replace they going to run that store down. Corporate needs to step in, the store manager n all her employees are a joke

I really don't understand why they can never understand an order when a new product comes in. The management is a complete joke, and all the employees are rude and act weird towards customers. I also need to pick a table carefully as they can be left dirty.
