I just purchased a chicken sandwich at 349 N. County Line Road in Jackson. The chicken was raw. I showed the cashier who then showed the manager who stated the fryer hasn’t been working correctly. Why wouldn’t they fix it or at least let the staff know to check the chicken Before serving

I would like to thank Natasha, Donna and the store manager Joe For providing me with excellent customer service, hot food and an extremely clean dining area and bathroom. This has got to be the nicest burger king I have ever been in. Their personalities shine. They are happy to serve you. And the entire restaurant is clean as a whistle and I, as a customer, appreciate that so much! The food was served warm and fresh which is unlike any other Burger King I have been in so I also appreciate the cooks in the back! Thankyou! Great restaurant as a whole!

I came through here about 5 years ago and it was a hot mess. Really slow bad service. Today was perfect tho. Joey was working the drive thru. Nice dude and the burger was hot and in one piece. All good

This is an excellent Burger King! Wife and I have been here twice and it's always very clean inside and food is hot, fresh, served timely and accurately. All in all a great experience and one of the better burger kings within a 20 mile radius. Management is doing an excellent job, keep up the great work!
