My daughter requested that we go to DQ on our way from beach. It is about 500 yards from our usual route. We would never find DQ, if Google didn't direct us. Icecreams were tasty and staff was accommodating.

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the gentleman who took my order later last night and had our cake ready to go today!! I didn't catch his name unfortunately. But we were in town for a baseball tournament and my son's birthday was today and he made it happen in less than 24 hours! The cake was perfect and delicious, thank you so so very much! You made his day!

The food took FOREVER and I know dq usually takes a while but this was ridiculous. A little more communication and giving is the drinks early on would have helped. Food did taste very good when we did recieve it but my blizzard was practically melted.

Miscommunication issues with the drive though, location was difficult to find, direction of the drive though was just as if not more difficult, beverage selection was terrible, and was way too overpriced for just one singular item

Great service very clean location. There was a young man by the name of Tanner that had excellent customer service brought the food to the table for myself and my son and went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed napkins utensils even waited until we were done to make our blizzards and, had everything ready as we were leaving

Let's play has food but nowhere near the quality of DQ in the past just an ice cream place now

Great employees terrible manager good food. Manager treats employees terribly constantly screaming at young team members.

We went to get a ice cream . Waited in the drive thru at least 15 minutes it didn't move . decided to go inside it was another 10 . So we left and went to Carvel up the street really nice people and no wait. Sad part is I probably have $50 in DQ gift cards !!

I'd give more ⭐ but they have a high risk of allergy exposure for shellfish/seafood, for those with allergies. Everything is in the same fryer -- chicken, fries, shrimp, doesn't matter. Even though it's important.

On evening of 4/23/24 I entered the drive through which had three cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to proceed one car length to the ordering console and then over 30 minutes to proceed one car forward at which time the line behind me stretched the entire parking lot. No employee explained the hold up and I was blocked into the line by other cars. I made a phone call to the restaurant which was not answered so I asked the cars behind me to back up and I left as my passenger was upset and there was no communication. Unacceptable!
