On evening of 4/23/24 I entered the drive through which had three cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to proceed one car length to the ordering console and then over 30 minutes to proceed one car forward at which time the line behind me stretched the entire parking lot. No employee explained the hold up and I was blocked into the line by other cars. I made a phone call to the restaurant which was not answered so I asked the cars behind me to back up and I left as my passenger was upset and there was no communication. Unacceptable!

I love DQ Blizzards so you can tell my disappointment when I get my blizzard and it is completely liquid… melted. If I wanted a milk shake I would have ordered one. I’m extremely disappointed. This has happened multiple times!I payed good money for a well made blizzard and didn’t even eat it bc it was quite literally soup… eww. Never again

Ordering through the drive through is nearly impossible. You ask for a blizzard they say brownie. You’re about to say what kind of blizzard finally after they hear you…They cut you off “WHAT SIZE”. Well let me finish and I’ll tell you. Poor service.

The fish sandwich was hard & tasteless, the hot dog was dark brown and almost unchewable, the fries & onion rings had absolutely no flavor, also the hot dog bun was hard.

They put no toppings in the blizzard. My friend got a reese's bluzzard and there were 2 cups in it. The food is bad. The drive thru takes a very long time. Very expensive too.

Place still is Drive up only. Still can't go into store. But the biggest concern is that when u finally get up to the window, they have it total blocked so u can't see a thing inside. I've never seen any Drive up window where it was totally blocked like that.

We stopped here while we were in the area. The service was good and our Blizzards were great as always. It could be a little hard to notice if you're not really looking or from the area. We actually passed it the first time. Overall we were glad to find a DQ especially since they closed the one by us a long time ago.

Food was good. Staff was shorthanded and manager apologized for the wait. I do wish they participated in the mobile ordering, it would make it easier to order prior to leaving the athletic fields in the area.

Great place to stop after a day at Great Adventure. The staff are attentive and always make a good Blizzard. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a nice quiet part of town. I haven't had the dinner food yet but the ice cream is high quality as DQ is known for.
