I ordered a simple small iced latte with whole milk, and it tasted awful—completely undrinkable. When I went back to ask for a refund, the cashier was rude, didn’t apologize, and didn’t even offer to make a new drink. Absolutely terrible service and quality.

Horrible service and crazy attitude ordered a drink with whole milk got it tasted it did not taste right told the lady by the window she argued with me and said fine ill remake it. I saw her go to the back put the old drink in a new cup and come back out with my old straw even. Go somewhere else dont go to that dunkin and all they do is yell and argue and not try to understand the problem or even try to fix it

Lady at the window has a terrible attitude. Can’t make a simple drink. Had to ask for my drink to make it twice and still couldn’t make it and it’s Carmel latte nothing special would never recommend this Dunkin to anyone unless you want wait for 15 min and get wrong drink twice and get an attitude.

Quite literally my worst experience at a Dunkin ever. Waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes while they had their sewage being pumped right next to the order box. Was told we had to order at the window and after they confirmed our mobile order, they still got the order incorrect and gave us the wrong drink. We were trying to tell them but before we could they had closed the window on us and we had to wait for them to come back again. Also, how does a Dunkin not have oat milk?

This location rarely has all requested ingredients. It’s on my route to work in mornings and it sucks because I have to get off the highway and wait in a long line just to be told they dnt have what I need! It wastes a lot of time!

This location was great when they first opened. Now I will literally go to Toms river, 25 min out of my way to avoid this place. The wait times are always long and the drinks are never made properly. I ordered a dunkalatte that obviously didn’t have any coffee milk in it, when I went to have it remade I watched them make it without coffee milk AGAIN

From my experience the only complaint I have is posted hours do not match reality. I'm a road warrior so often make early visits...multiple times have come after opening hours and the place was closed still.

Whoever works here needs to be fired. I ordered ONE wakeup wrap and it took them forever to have it ready. No Dunkin I've been to has taken this long for any order let alone a singular item. Store didn't look/sound busy at all and people behind me in the drive thru line were leaving because of how long it took them and the guy with curly hair and glasses who eventually gave me the wrap didn't say a word. Just gave me the wrap while looking away and closed the window. I'm surprised the wrap wasn't cold when I received it.

Do not go to this Dunkin. They can never get orders correct and the drive thru is always so backed up that everything tastes wretched. Twice I’ve gotten bacon on my food despite that not being my order. I just called Dunkin customer service to get a refund and I’ll be avoiding this location: Suggest you do the same
