The drive-thru server was very nice the chicken sandwiches were delicious
Placed my order at 8:10 pm, they close at 10pm. Come to pick my order, they already wrapping up the kitchen to “close” and didn’t even see the order on the app. Ended up giving us some soggy warm fries and no sauces.
Had a coupon from KFC that was in-store only. Got to this location which was 30 minutes from my house with a coupon that was in store only. Mgr. ibriham and Ariel were both unprofessional and rude and told me I had to use my coupon online although it says on the coupon in big letters “In store only”. Save yourself the hassle, poor customer service, and gross inconvenience. In addition we ordered sides through the app and since we couldn’t get our chicken we didn’t want the sides!!!! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR ORDER!!!!

The coworkers are good and friendly but the manager is worst manager he got my order wrong he charged me for drinks I told him I ordered 3 drinks he said no you ordered 2 drinks I ask for a cup he said 50 cents I told him give me my receipt he give I saw it was 3 orders and he didn’t put my fries in the bag I’m manager in Popeyes I know how fast foods works the manager needs

Great service and very understanding when ordering the food. It was a slow day there ,Tuesday afternoon on a foggy/rainy day, (and even on busy days )they have great service and friendly too.

Went thru drive thru last night. Pulled up and paid was not given a receipt. Was told to go park on other side while they cooked some fresh chicken. Waited 20 mins for food to come out. No sorry for wait and I had to ask to make sure I was getting right order since there was 4 other cars waiting. Got home put food out for family and discover no biscuts. I know that may not be a big deal to some people but when you spent as much money as I did it is a big deal.
Need to better train your crew at nighttime. Order was cold, undercooked and waited 45min for it after watching 4 to 5 drive-thru orders go out before my order. Also, saw numerous of sanitation violations; dirty work stations, no hand washing or gloves used, and cooking times to fast as outside is cooked and the inside is raw. Luckily I was a chef before covid and know how to heat sterilize and finish cooking my food.

Love this KFC. The food is always good, but more importantly, the staff is top notch. The manager, Joe, is always polite and keeps the place running smooth, and the other employees are always polite and helpful
