Everything was incredibly stale, the fries were fried a long time ago and left to sit, the meatballs were burnt... the cookies were soggy and not fresh.

Absolutely disrespectful of the employees to serve this trash to a paying customer. I took one bite and spit it out and threw the rest in the trash. This was supposed to be a steak egg and cheese bagel. It literally had the consistency of beef jerky. So it had to be hours or even days old. The crazy thing about it is i went there literally 20 minutes after they opened so it should have been fresh. Furthermore I had stopped there on my way to work so by the time I attempted to eat it the only thing I could do was try and call so that I could at least get my money back and no one answered the phone. Never again. Not this location. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else nearby. There are better options than this.

This location is busy & packed because of its proximity to Six flags. The service was fast, food was good. This would a 5 star location if they keep the place clean.

The entire facility was absolutely disgusting. Every trash was full, the bathroom sink had standing water. Toilets didn’t work. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
All the tables had trash on it and under it. We asked if somebody could clean up what looked like spit up food under the table and nobody ever came. There was trash on the floor and it was sticky all over.
I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s but this was a joke. I couldn’t get out fast enough.
