Not our first issue with this location, hence the reason for the review. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The workers pretend they don't completely understand english to get away with scamming you out of money & the actual food you order.
Went on Saturday and did a mobile order for spicy tenders & a Large Sweet Tea, which is $4 by the way. Get to the window and they inform me no sweet tea. They offered me a coke, no sir I do not want a coke, I want a sweet tea. You don't have any, that is ok, please refund me. Nope, cannot refund. Ok, how about a $4 gift card. Nope, can't do that either. You can dispute it on the app.
Ok, did that, nothing. I went to check and it says your issue has been resolved. No refund, no email, nothing. I am out $4, which in itself is whatever, but they were not willing to do anything about their error. Terrible location, if you can avoid it do it!

Worst popeyes to go to. Save your money and so somewhere else. I've been giving this place chance after chance after chance, but they somehow can't get anything right. Whats the point of placing an online order, only to be told you're out of soda and out of certain items? How does this place stay open with so many errors?? Popeyes should be ashamed that this is how they run a place. Make people wait 30mins for their small order when there's no line?? Really?? And workers not properly handling food. Save your money and go to the taco bell next door or the 711 gas station to get better service. Fire them all. They don't care about the customer and will get someone sick one-day! Shame shame shame. Never coming back and neither shoud you if you're reading this!

This place sucks nothing is done properly and orders are constantly messed up. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. It's like talking to a wall when I went to pick up mu order....placed an order 30mins ago and still wasn't ready. Corporate needs to get involved and clean house cause this is not how you run a FAST FOOD place. Not FAST at all. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 star will do for now. Very disappointed. DO BETTER POPEYES DO BETTER!
Terrible in every way. Popeyes used to be great. I've eaten at places where I couldn't see the value but this place takes under value to a whole new level
1st they never have any sides there than fries and black beans and rice. The sizes shrank tremendously from what it used to be. They over charge for food with portion sizes half of what they used to be. Their largest family meal will barely feed a family of 4

Popeyes, why did you get rid of the 10 piece family meal? That was the only item worth ordering on this overpriced menu.
This location is consistently good. However, it's also consistently dirty. I've never entered without flies and sticky floors greeting me.

Unpleasant experience. We ordered chicken at Popeyes, and one of the pieces they served had flies on it. I noticed right away and asked them to prepare fresh ones — we were willing to wait. Even so, the staff seemed annoyed and handled the situation with little care. On top of that, no one was wearing masks, and the kitchen area didn’t look very clean. This is unacceptable for a place that serves food

It all started by not being able to hear the guy on the speaker box . The chicken Sandwich was good 1/2 way as the chicken for thicker it got weird, rubbery, and just made me wanna puke. Fries were just thrown in a bag n no biscuit. Now 4 or 5 hours later I want to vomit and have the poops. Needless to say I won't ever return to this Popeyes. This review pertains to this Jackson Popeyes only.

20 minutes for chicken and the place only had a few people. Everyone in the family visited the toilet for days,if you catch my drift. Only thing I had was the chicken, so I know that was the culprit.

The chicken was good. However I ordered the eight piece family meal at the drive through window. My receipt states two wings two legs two breasts and two thighs. When I got home and opened the box there was only one thigh. There were three legs! Very disappointing to say the least. Not sure if they ran out of thighs and they just threw in an extra leg or what. I called the store to report this and no one answered after several attempts. Check your bag when you order through the drive through!
They need a maneger, went there and I see trash everywhere then, didn't ask me for the side of the drink charged me for large, second, no ice in the machine, terrible beens

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. Two different sauces were mixed up in my order, and the food was not properly cooked or cooled. On top of that, the staff was not polite or helpful when I brought it to their attention. I ended up wasting my money without eating even a single piece. Such a terrible experience — definitely not what I expected. I won’t be coming back.

Very, very horrible you have 10 people working there nobody is helping the registers. Nobody trying to help anybody. They taking one hour just to bring out one order. Disgusting. You should close this place or replace the employees
