The food here was truly delicious. The two male staff members were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even letting us choose our preferred table. However, I couldn’t really tell the difference between the lemon juice I ordered and w iced water, which was a bit disappointing. Still, this is a beautiful, open, and relaxing place. Definitely worth visiting to experience its unique charm.

Loud. Waitress was not attentive, every thing we ask her for she tried at it but the only time she was happy was when she ask if the cash on the table was her top. We said yes she took it an never came back. Was asked for ginger ale to go she gave us an empty hot cup. Very poor food quality. Chicken was old recooked inedible. Definitely will not return.

This place gets worse everytime I visit, waitress we had was so distracted talking to the girls at the bar that she forgot about my salad while all of my friends had already finished their meals. And all the sodas were flat, I’m done coming here!and she also took 20 minutes just to come to the table to take our orders! Believe her name was gabby

I wanted to take my kids and have them enjoy Mozzarella sticks which they love but after waiter told us that everting is fried in the same oil, my kids and we were very dishearten. I end up ordering the cheese Pizza meals for my kids and got broccoli as a side since even fries were fried in the same oil as chicken which I can’t eat due to dietary reasons for chicken not being Halal. In addition, I wanted to get Tortia Corn chips with Queso or Spinach & Artichoke sauce and I was told they are fried in the same oi as well. I then spend another 10 minutes looking through the menu and decided to order bread but I was told bread is also fried in the same oil. I was left with ONLY one choice which was Impossible Burger, I enjoyed the burger for sure. At the end, it was definitely a very frustrated experience due to lack of food choices. The waiter was very helpful, accommodating and patient with us. I wish being new to this community and seeing so many Muslims in this community, it would be great if this location of Applebees can have a small Halal menu. At the end, I wouldn’t be going back to the restaurant due to lack of food I can eat.

When it comes to my appetizer, I placed an order of mozzarella sticks and they were the worst I ever had. Even my 18 yrs old daughter couldn't eat them.
Next, an order of chicken quesadillas but they were paper thin with little ingredients.
Not looking to ever go back again. 👎🏻

1-Star Review for Applebee’s – Monday, July 14th

As a family that frequents this Applebee’s location, we were appalled by the service we received tonight. We arrived at 8:32 PM after a movie, expecting a normal, quiet dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty—just a few at the bar and some scattered families—yet we sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.

Eventually, a visibly annoyed waitress (no introduction, no smile, no notepad) came over to take our order. We placed everything at once: five drinks, three appetizers, and two entrées. We weren’t trying to be difficult—we all work in customer service. My parents have over 25 years of experience, and I’ve worked the floor for four. We get it. But this wasn’t a rush. This was sheer apathy.

My Pepsi arrived flat and pale. We kindly suggested the syrup bag might be low and asked for a new one. Instead of checking, she offered a different drink entirely. After some back and forth, she returned with the same drink and a water, claiming she changed the bag—she didn’t. It still tasted awful. I let it go and sipped the water.

Then came the mozzarella sticks and the kids’ pizza—one out of three appetizers and no entrées. We waited an hour. At 9:22 PM, we flagged down a random hostess because our server had vanished. The hostess brought over the manager, Jose M., who listened to our frustration and gave us nothing but a flat “okay.” No apology. No urgency. Just dead eyes.

Turns out, our server never put the full order in. The food had not even been started. When Jose returned with this information, he had no solution—just said “the meal is on me” in the most disinterested tone possible.

So a mom, dad, and three kids left hungry after being told the kitchen would “start it now.” We were too upset to wait any longer. We got up and left. We didn’t pay for the 4.5 drinks, kids’ pizza, or mozzarella sticks—as the manager said it would be comped. We weren’t offered the rest of our food to-go, and by that point, we wouldn’t have taken it anyway.

We’ve worked too long in this industry to excuse such poor customer service. This team lacked communication, accountability, and even basic courtesy. If your staff can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum, then they shouldn’t be on the floor representing your brand.

This experience was unacceptable—and we won’t be back.
