They delivered only one ice cream instead of two. I spend SO much money there. When I called they REFUSED to help me. They wouldn’t deliver my ice cream OR let door dash deliver it even though door dash offered multiple times. The guy was extremely rude to me as a women and customer I am appalled at this lack of care. If I could give zero stars I would. Out of pure principle I will not be supporting this guys store ever again nor any chains he’s associated with. I will be sure to leave this review anywhere I can so others don’t have to experience the degrading tone of the womanizing manager after they got ripped off.

Customer service was non existent, the guy at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in, then when we got the ice cream it was partially melted. There was also barely any ice cream in the cup and it was overall a very bad experience. Don’t come here if you want cold stone, find a different location.

Food is typical good cold stone brand. Service is fair, needs customer service attitude/interaction training. Great place for family. Has high chairs, ample seating, good parking spaces and outdoor seating! Accepts credit/debit. See images for reference.

I will preface this with the fact that I visit this particular Cold Stone pretty often. I have always been happy that it hasn't closed down yet. But tonight, i was extremely disappointed with the service. I live walking distance from another ice cream shop, but I enjoy hopping in my car to take a quick drive further out because the ice cream is amazing and I enjoy my various toppings nicely mixed into my ice cream. On this particular visit, I went in with my wife and her baby sister, who has never been to a cold stone before. So im suped. We go in and the atmosphere was already off. I thought it was because it was a little busier than usual, so i think nothing of it. Then, my wife orders for the 3 of us. I noticed the first girl grabbed the ice cream, put it in the bowl and tossed it on top of the counter and proceeded to walk off into the back room. She never asked about the toppings. She just disappeared. The second girl grabbed the other 2 orders but also didn't ask about toppings, just attempted to hand my wife another 2 bowls. My wife then gave them back and said we want toppings. The girl proceeded to toss the toppings on top and hand the bowls back. My wife then said, "can you mix it in please?" She grabs the one bowl and pretends to mix it in and hands it back with toppings falling all over the pay counter. My wife asked if I still wanted my toppings but my ice cream was already melting and I was agitated, so i said no. Her sister just got M&Ms thrown on top of her bowl and we paid and left. I wouldn't have been so agitated if the 3 girls behind the counter weren't snickering and staring at us as the one bowl was being "redone". By far the worst service I've ever had there. If management reads this, please look to see who was working the evening of July 5th. Some retraining may be necessary. There were at least 5 people behind the counter. I hope the rest provided better customer service.

Just got a small Chocolate chipper cake for birthday yesterday!!! And must say, it was AMAZING ? some of the best cake we’ve ever had. So light and every component is just perfect!!! Even the small size was very generous!!! Will definitely buy again for other occasions ? highly recommend

Such a dirty icecream shop. The owner seems like a very nasty person with bad attitude towards his customers. The guy at the counter is very nice and I feel bad for him to deal with the nasty owner. No complains about icecream but due to worst customer service by the owner I will never return to this shop again
PS. Do not take your kids to this shop, the owner absolutely does not like kids in the shop
I went to the Cold Stone in Miltown today around 5:30. The person who made my ice cream was very skimpy on the ice cream. I got the gotta have it size. I had to ask for more ice cream. There is no way I should have to ask for more ice cream; you need to make sure I'm getting my money's worth. Its not like the ice cream is cheap. I want my whole $10.12 worth. I also had to ask for a bag. Bad customer service.

My girlfriend and I both got really sick after eating here. The place seemed dirty when we went in and the people making the ice cream didn’t seem to care. Other people in the reviews complain about getting sick too. I would avoid at all costs.

The animals run the zoo here and the owner doesn’t care about it. Severe disrespect, I won’t go in there ever again, and my story will make it to the ears of many locals as well. I’ve been disrespected in plenty of situations by angry low wage workers, but never in an ice cream shop. I know what respect is and none exists within the walls of this poor excuse of a business.
