The taste is good...i ordered a shake an ice cream and a smoothie all came out tasty and the smoothie felt healthy. The person at the counter Mr.Raj, was friendly and soft spoken. Great experience.

Seen an advertisement for their ice cream-taco. The image was of course - picture perfect! We ordered two (2) online and went to pick them up. Opened the bag and to our surprise, the actual item was half the size! We paid $20 for a $6 item (should've been 2 for $12). We kid you not - no bigger than a Chinese egg roll!

WE ARE BEING HARASSED on this store!! We ordered 3 cups of ice cream for my 3 kids. We were just asking to get a small extra cup for my baby to share with his brother and refuse to give us one. I told him that I’ll just pay for the cup because the baby can’t finish if I’ll get another cup of ice cream and still refuse us to give us one instead he insisted to give the baby a lid of the cup and pointing the baby to eat on the lid! VERY RUDE!! After paying for the 3 cups of ice cream and tips for the employee, the guy was kicking us out in the store after the argument. We were told to leave the store. THIS STORE IS JOKE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. He said his name is RK an Indian or Sri Lankan guy and he doesn’t care if I will call the corporate for him. What a big shot guy!! Corporate should do something about this store. YOU GUYS SHOULD SHUT DOWN IF YOU DONT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS! RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 0!!

I was here about an hour after they opened on a Monday. Bathroom filthy so makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place is kept. You would think they would do a good cleaning after they close at night. $10 for a medium size cup of ice-cream with 1 topping? What a ripoff. Lastly the man at the counter just seems miserable. Needless to say I will never return here.

I too am saying that one star is too generous for this store. I placed an order on the Coldstone app for 2 gotta have it’s one going bananas and one apple pie. When I got home I didn’t eat the ice cream right away. At around 9:15 pm I started to eat my ice cream and realized that it didn’t taste like banana pudding ice cream. I called the store and was told that they ran out of that flavor two days ago and they haven’t made any yet. They then told me that they just took it upon themselves to substitute the pudding for regular banana, to which I responded that I don’t want that ice cream or I would have just order it in the first place and asked why no one called me to let me know as I would have gone somewhere else and get something I actually would eat. When I was told basically that there wasn’t anything they could do for me I asked for a manager, and was then put on the phone with another young girl. When I asked her why no one called me she put me on hold and spoke to a guy in the background stating that someone had made the mistake but when she got back on the phone she then told me that the promotion for the going bananas was over and that’s why they didn’t have the ice cream. I kept insisting that this was unacceptable and again was told there was nothing they could do when I asked for a refund or to have my product remade. I asked for the owner’s information and was again put on hold while she spoke to the guy again in the background. When she came back on the phone she said that she could give me his information or they could remake my order into something else but that I would have to come back that night. It was already 9:30pm and the store closed soon and honestly I didn’t want to drive the 15 mins to the store so they were ever so generous and said I could come the next day. I have a life, a house and a family to care for it isn’t always convenient for me to make these trips especially when there is a time limit. I contacted Coldstone and have been getting the run around, it has been 4 days and still no response when I was told 24 hours. I am going to be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and get this situation resolved. Do not go here, they have no customer service, are rude and unprofessional

One Star is Too Generous – Cold Stone Creamery Disaster
I ordered the Strawberry Blonde, but what I received was a melted mess with absolutely NO Graham Pie Crust. When I brought it up, the staff pointed to two microscopic strawberry specks and tried to convince me that was the graham crust. Seriously? Since when does graham crust MELT into ice cream? Is this some Cold Stone science experiment no one told us about?
To make matters worse, when a kind gentleman tried to fix the situation and add the actual graham crust, the mean girl with curly hair (you know who you are!) shut him down and actually told him not to help me. Wow. Imagine being that dedicated to ruining someone’s experience. She could teach a masterclass in unhelpful mess and bad attitude.
Terrible service, zero accountability, and a melted excuse for what should have been a delicious treat. Never going back. If you want ice cream and basic respect, go literally anywhere else.
I recently bought the Oreo Cookies & Cream Extreme ice cream cake from Cold Stone Creamery in Milltown for my husband’s birthday. He’s a huge fan of ice cream cake—I’m usually not—but this one was an absolute hit! It was so delicious that even I went back for seconds… and so did everyone else.
We brought it to a restaurant to celebrate, and even gave a slice to our waiter. He loved it so much he shared it with the kitchen staff, and they all went crazy over it—asking where we got it from. Safe to say, Cold Stone has some new fans!
Hands down the best $49 I’ve ever spent on a birthday cake. I highly recommend it for any celebration—you won’t regret it!

All 3 of us got shakes. All 3 were made perfectly. Thr place itself needed some care. Tables and chairs were dirty. Bathroom could have been a little better. Went in and it was empty. Wanted to sit and enjoy but had to wipe down.
