My girlfriend and I both got really sick after eating here. The place seemed dirty when we went in and the people making the ice cream didn’t seem to care. Other people in the reviews complain about getting sick too. I would avoid at all costs.

Placed an online order . Picked up the bag . Was given someone else’s bag . Then when I returned to the store . My items were nowhere to be found . Had to sit and wait another 10 minutes to get what I ordered . Customer service was horrible.

The animals run the zoo here and the owner doesn’t care about it. Severe disrespect, I won’t go in there ever again, and my story will make it to the ears of many locals as well. I’ve been disrespected in plenty of situations by angry low wage workers, but never in an ice cream shop. I know what respect is and none exists within the walls of this poor excuse of a business.

I had bought a ice cream cake from Cold-stones for the first time ever. It was my Moms 77th birthday and I have to say not at all impressed. I have to say if you’re looking for an ice cream cake head down the road a little bit and get a nice creamy ice cream cake from Magnificos on Route 18. I will be ordering another cake for mom’s birthday and this time I’ll call Magnificos.

Horrible customer service. After ordering 4 different ice creams I asked for courtesy cups so that we can share. I even offered to pay for the courses cups but the owner rudely declined. He wouldn’t even let me finish the sentence. Very bad attitude

i wouldn’t recommend this location to no one. the food was very stale and made me have a stomach bug for three days.They also don’t recognize their customers. i waited in line for 10 mins. they are also not that friendly.

July 13th 2:34pm the worst employee in history. We are paying customers and he gets mad that we are ordering. If u hate your job then quit u don’t gotta take ur miserable a$$ attitude on happy customers. And that goofy chicken looking pink shirt guy with his miserable lifeClowns

You know it is not hard to make a milkshake. How can you make milkshake watery? By adding too much liquid. It does not matter the product but the consistency of how much liquid you put in there. They did not want remake the milkshake after we just paid and before that, just shaking the cup, you can tell it was a watery milkshake. I’ve been to this place numerous of times and had a consistent milkshake but they just refused to remake it. Just say you didn’t want to remake it. And I’ll be happy to walk out. I did get my refund right then an there and walked out. You will never see me step foot in here again.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and ordered my ice creams and he sized up automatically. He charged me extra and argued with my best friend. Don’t come again.

Terrifying. These uncles were messing up my order and speaking a foreign Indian language to my face when they were frustrated with me. They made my son CRY by fighting with him over a miserable little ice cream. Jesus please save me.

Yelp has to give a symbol for "No Stars". I have never been a fan of Cold Stone in general, but this particular location is the worst of the worst. Their motto should be "We take all requests...and ignore them" or "If you want Customer service, please go somewhere else." I agree with Neil D. regarding the owner. My order was simple, one flavor with a topping mixed in and a second flavor (plain) next to it or on top, I didn't care. Nope. Everything had to be mixed together; the two flavors and the topping. You would have thought I asked them to split a diamond in a moving car down a rocky mountain. I walked out. Thomas Sweet is still the best hand made Ice Cream in the area, in my opinion.
