I love going to this Dunkin. The crew is always so nice and welcoming to me especially my girls. I always look forward to our chats. Fabiola always have my order ready to go by the time I walk in. =)

Disgusting. They put a whole pile of hair inside of my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Me and my sister had our food messed with. She had stomach pain and after a few bites and found pieces of paper when she opened the sandwich. They tried removing my review from a few weeks ago but I will keep re-posting this everywhere about this Milltown dunkin donuts until everyone understands how disgusting this place is and does not buy from here. I won't let them hide truth and how they mess with your food to get you sick!

The cashier who took care of me did not smile or said thank you. When asked if we can add sausage to our bagel he said we don't do that here. I told him that I usually buy in Dunkin' Donuts has something they do. He needs more training.

I placed an order for a coffee and sandwich at five to four in the morning which was supposedly already open fifteen minutes later there was still no one there it was still closed I had to come back 45 minutes later and my order still wasn't made. Unfortunately, this is not the first time got a issue with this place specifically in this place

Ordered coffee latte. Received iced coffee. Nobody including the manager wanted to talk about and correct mistake. They all simply ignored me.
I got something that wasnt made correctly (wrong flavor shot) and when I asked, I got an argument. The funny thing is, my coffee was made with something I am allergic to. Why would I order something that can cause my throat to close up? Thankfully I realized quickly.

The food here was pretty good. I’m a Dunkin regular nationally and rewards member. It’s probably my favorite fast food breakfast spot. The cashier was not so friendly and a little impatient. She wasn’t egregious about it but still a little too noticeable. She even took another customer in front of me in her impatience. I decided not to address it directly because… my food, man. Water under the bridge. The bathrooms were clean which is a plus since I had to take my three daughters to it. I’d try this Dunkin again, just tell that cashier to pep up. She looks ready to quit.
