Stale bakery items from croissants to donuts, coffee tastes bad, and the staff has an attitude. This place doesn’t just need a renovation cosmetically, but the employees as well. The few times I’ve been here, they don’t keep your orders in one spot, you have to check through the shelves to find your coffee and any food items. This type of staff needs to be replaced.

Disgusting. This was my favorite place but today on my bacon egg and cheese sandwich was several strands of hair. I threw up! My sis had pieces of paper in her sandwich. This is the first time this disgusting thing has ever happened. It never happened before. I will never order here again!!!!
I have been coming here for almost 3 yrs and never had a problem with any of my orders..Elizabeth and Kevin are awesome and they know how i like my order..I love that that this place is the first place i go before work and they both make my day….They are amazing workers and they always make sure you are a happy customer….Thanks guys keep up the great work and continue making peoples day happy like you do with me….The early morning crew really rocks!!!!!

Visited about 7:35 on 8/5. The young girl needs to be taught that this is a customer service business. She saw me and said nothing after a while I asked if she will help me and then told me she'll be right with me. I told her that she should have said that the first time she saw me.
Of course she messed up my order. Continued to give me attitude when I asked her to fix it.
Everyone of these locations should have a sticker on the door with the phone number that we can call and a link where we can fill out a feedback form rather than give you guys bad reviews as the first step.

Does not know how to make a latte
I was calling for a non profit organization and the instead of just saying no they obnoxiously moaned into the phone </3 this happened at 3:39 on 4/25. It was unpleasant.
