I come here once a day, sometimes twice. And send my coworker for coffee for her, myself and/or other employees at a minimum of 5 times a week. And we both have the same thing to say. Most of the employees are nice & coffee is consistent unlike other locations. But at least twice a week we get waited on by a nasty unfriendly, seemingly unapproachable, who's name tag reads Poli. Many times I have wanted to call corporate & put up a review and never did until now. Poli,...

Our July 4th stop here resulted in the best everything bagel, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich I've had at a DD. The coffee was also spot on. Will come here again. Only downside is that it's walk-in only. No drive thru.
