I ordered Junglee curry, drunken noodle and tamarind duck. I loved the duck even I liked the drunken noodle except the shrimp that had had something rocky dusty in it and this is where it started. I then opened Junglee curry and sticky rice and aaaahh. Rice had hair in it. That is it, can’t eat food from a place that have hygiene issues. I would not order from this place again.

Not sure if I came on a bad Night. I don't like giving out negative reviews, but i just had to on this one. My wife has a fish allergy and asked for her food to be made without fish oil. I ordered a pad khing. Our food came out in under 2 minutes. A clear sign that the food is already prepared it was just thrown into a microwave to heat up. My food was luke warm at best and completely tasteless. My wife immediately started breaking out in hives. We quickly asked for the check, and as i was paying, the server stood over my shoulder. Completely uncomfortable.

I orderec The chilean Sea Bass and it was pathetic. The portion sixe was way less the fish looked like it was some frozen fish from God knows how many months or years. It tasted yucky and the tempura was soggy. For 36$ it was a criminal waste! Never go this place.

The waiter Marcello was not very friendly
He looked very sad his communication skills were not up to par for serving customers
We order Thai chicken dish and asked if we can upgrade to fried rice
He said no and we asked if we can order as separate dish he said it is a big portion
Golden rule in restaurant service make the customer happy
Owner needs to invest in training both waiters
I know finding good help is difficult but very important to invest in training your employees
Marcello never came back to ask is very thing ok no water refill,,,,
I am willing the owner my services for free in training their employees
Good luck!
Very good Thai food. Solid nice place with really nice staff. Would happily go back.

How about a 6 out of 5. We were there last night (12/24/2024). We have eaten here a few times and the food and the hospitality keeps getter and better. I had the eggplant with chicken and my wife had drunken noodles. It was delicious. What was even as good as the food was the entire way we were treated. Im going back soon! Maybe New Year’s Eve…………
Good Food but the service is lacking (staff needs more training).
Overall, good local option.

Crab cake appetizer 10/10 and grilled salmon is delicious
Delicious vegetarian Thai food, delicious tea, and really perfect size portions. The tea set was really heavy which I liked too. Owner was kind too.
Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian selection, different vegetables, and different flavors too.
Parking: Weirdest parking lot entry and exit I've ever experienced, but plenty of spots.

Rice Factory has quickly become our go-to spot for authentic Thai food in NJ. The standout dishes for us are the Drunken noodles, Drunken fried rice and Thai red curry—they’re consistently delicious and packed with flavor. The food is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice, and the flavors in every bite are well-balanced. The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for amazing Thai food in NJ, Rice Factory is a must-visit!

I have lived in Thailand for 8 years. This is no where close to authentic Thai food.
1. Papaya salad is all lettuce - I have never asked for a dish to be taken back but this really upset me. We asked the manager why, and she said “this is the way we prepare it”. In reality, it is a way to make it seem like more food than it is since lettuce is very cheap. Tasted horrible as well. Had green peas on top for no reason. We certainly tried to finish it since it was $14 for a plate of mostly lettuce.
2. Same price of vegetarian and non veg options. Specifically referring to the papaya salad again, exact same salad with shrimp and without shrimp are both $14. Doesn’t make any sense
3. Most of the staff cannot explain the menu to you or answer any questions. They don’t come and ask how the food is. They stand afar and watch you eat. Very strange and uncomfortable
4. Dishes with meat have very little protein or vegetables, mostly rice or noodles (again the cheap stuff). Even the vegetarian dishes have very little tofu or vegetables.
Overall this restaurant seems to be doing everything to cut costs to the detriment of food quality and service. Expect to pay $30 per person without alcohol. Stay away! There are much better options in the area

Food was medium, papaya salad was 90% plain lettuce. Pad thai was sweet? Would not go to again. Difficult to communicate with the staff or ask any questions about the menu due to a language barrier.

Living in NYC, I've been to many Thai restaurants. This one stands out as one of the best in terms of what you get. If you are able to, dining-in is much better than delivery, as the time it takes to deliver, even when it's not that long, affects the food consistency - especially anything fried. Also, you get to experience the nice atmosphere that may fit multiple occasions. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Food is good but over priced, and the service is HORRIBLE. Staff has no social skills and rude. When I was paying my bill cash, I had to ask twice to bring me my change, after 20 minutes. They were hoping I would forget and leave so they can get all the change from the bill. Shady busy and shady people. Over priced food also. Will be going to a different Thai place in the future.
