I just wanted to have pad thai but instead i got pad thai with EXTRA EGGSHELLS it sucks because it felt like i was choking on eggshells every single bite. it ruined pad thai for me. i dont even want to go back and ask them to fix it because it was such a horrible experience. i also got the tom yum soup and it was the most horrible item i had ever had. I am asian so i am used to food having fish sauce and having whats considered as "stinky" but this was a whole other level of stinky. it just felt like it was just water, salt, A LOT of fish sauce, raw mushrooms and two shrimps. horrible food. i would never go back im too traumatized.

Service was wonderful, staff was really kind and quick. We ordered mainly from their vegetarian menu-veg spring rolls, veg roti canai, pad see ew with imitation duck, veg pad pak, grilled salmon, Thai iced tea, apple crepe and mochi ice cream. Everything was delicious and fresh, with nice portion sizes. My parents hadn't tried Thai food before and they both said they'd both come back here in a heartbeat!

I was craving for some TOM YUM soup, went to rice factory for lunch. The tom yum they gave me was the worst tom yum i ever had. I had tom yum from various Asian countries, also i make it myself at home sometime. Their TOM YUM smelled horrible, felt like a rotten seafood. I seriously recommend the restaurant to look in to their tom yum recipe and change it as soon as possible. It is illegal to get money from customers for what pretend to give as tom yum, in my opinion this must be called 'rotten dead body tom yum'

Food is great. But Pad Thai is a small portion size for $16 with no meat added. Ridiculous.

Dinner Disappointment First time ordering here and it was a complete disappointment. We ordered the Honey Duck, added sticky rice, dim sum and crab soup. The honey duck was dry and tough with roughly about 6-7 small slices of breast. It was ti be served on bed of spinach. The spinach was poorly seasoned and in mushy clumps not eatable. The sticky rice container had one tablespoon of rice in it the rest of the container was empty. I couldn't believe especially since there is an up charge for sticky rice. The dim sum was ok but would not order again. Now the crab soup was filled with nothing but mushrooms and a spoon fill of crab meat. Very very very disappointed at 50 bucks. I would not recommend this location. I truly wanted to go back and get a refund. I would suggest Rhong Tina Thai in Plainsboro much better cuisine.

Photos include the drunken noodles, chicken pad thai, and honey duck entree. For dessert we had the warm banana crepe with ice cream. All the food was delicious and filled with flavor. Not pictured is the crispy duck salad which is my favorite!

Food tastes pretty good, but the portions for the non-curry dishes are small for the price - we left the restaurant hungry. For the curry dishes (e.g. Royal Massaman Curry) the amount of complimentary rice is way less than is needed for the amount of curry.

I chose to have dinner at the Rice Factory because they had a designated Gluten Free Menu and it did not disappoint! We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We were greeted by a delightful staff and water was brought to the table promptly. The waitress gave food recommendations and was attentive to my Gluten concerns. The food was out of this world! I had Duck Curry and it was packed with flavor and texture! For dessert I had the sweet rice and mango...OUTSTANDING! This was a delicious treat for sure!!!

Easily my favorite Thai restaurant in a 30 mile radius. This place is a must visit. My favorite is the duck red curry, and make sure to order you chocolate soufflé when you arrive
