I decided to stop by to get a drink before starting my shopping! I’m very glad I did. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Pierre helped me find something that fit me. I got a mocha cookie crumble which tastes great if you want something more fun then just some coffee!
They always seem to be understaffed. Long wait times.
Not even a slight acknowledgement that I was standing there while the barista Amanda, refilled the coffee machine, cleaned counters, washed a couple of cups, and then went in the back, walking right past me never acknowledging that I was even there. When she came up from the back she had a seceral sleeves of cups that she was filling up holder with and finally said I’ll be right with you.
When I said, I was wondering if she even noticed I had been standing there she didn’t even acknowledge anything, and then acted as if I just walked up and she was filling my order. Starbucks has failed miserably in training baristas in customer awareness and customer service when inside the store. Drive thru is fine. This is not the first time I’ve been to Starbucks where they do not acknowledge the customer standing in front of them.
There's always only one person working amd they're suffering amd can't keep up.

Never open. I’m at this place numerous times a week and it’s never open. Why bother keeping it here if you can’t staff it

I got drinks from here today, I had a very bad attitude from the employees especially the manager I guess. She didn’t allow me to take one paper cup holder with one merchandise cup I bought from the store and another two drinks. Even when I ask to add personal cup on my order she told me it’s only $0.10 with an attitude. I don’t care, I love to collect extra stars, that’s my joy to come in to Starbucks. Why did they have to make me feel so sad for the rest of my day. I don’t have this experience at any other location.

Generally this Starbucks is great. Convenient and usually pretty fast— but I find it frustrating that on a busy Sunday morning, the line is long and there’s only one barista. Should note, while this particular barista (Amanda) in my experience is probably the best they have, why is she alone ??Also, when will mobile ordering become a thing?
