Been going to this location for a couple years now. Always loved it with the service and food, but lately it hasn’t been it. The food is still dope, but the wait time is awful now. I had to wait more than 30 minutes the last couple times i went, when just a few months ago, it would only take 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. New staff or management or something is causing this issue.

Five stars for the Milltown Taco Bell! This location is consistently on point and delivers a fantastic experience every time. The food is always fresh and hot, and my order has been correct without fail. The staff here is super friendly and efficient, whether I'm going through the drive-thru or heading inside. They're quick, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The restaurant is always clean, which is a huge plus, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's a reliable spot for a quick, delicious, and affordable meal. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area looking for great service and great food!

Yesterday, i ordered through Grubhub at 10:16 pm. I received the order cold, the tacos had too much unfresh and expired vegetables. Also, the package was not well closed when I received all the chips fault out of the pachinko. It was horrible i will not going to order again my order was the supreme Luxe Box

For me to even write a review on TACO BELL of all places means I’m really annoyed with how bad the service was today. I never EVER have a problem at this place either, this is my main Taco Bell that I go to. First I get to the drive thru and the guy is talking to me in such a rude tone, I understand working at a drive thru and working long shifts, TRUST ME. But for you to be so rude is so inexcusable. I keep telling him over and over I need black beans in my food, but he just keeps asking me if I’m done. Then I get to the drive thru and he hands me my drink which is overflowing and leaking and it got all over my clothes and my seats and the dashboard. He could tell I was annoyed too so part of me thinks he did on purpose to annoy me even more but anywaysssss. I get my food and I get home and I see he put steak in my locos taco after I asked for black beans. I’m literally just a Muslim trying to enjoy some food 3 Am and I literally can’t even do that much lmao. Couldn’t even really eat the food so if anybody from that store is watching, who ever you put on the schedule for the drive thru on Saturday night, please don’t put him at the drive thru or on a closing shift, I could tell the shift itself annoyed him and it felt like he let it out on me. Ok thx bye.

This Taco Bell has quality food prepared to order. I have yet to get stale or previously prepared food. The store is clean, efficient and has a friendly staff. Shout out to KJ who works the drive through. He is by far the most attentive from all the drive thru windows in Middlesex county!
