I came here after work to get food because I was craving Taco Bell, I ordered inside and I had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come out there was about 15 people also waiting for their food and overheard a group of teens waiting for 50 minutes and left when the girl at the front told her it was still being prepared
The service was terrible no communication what so ever between the customers inside waiting and between the staff to see what order was done. Disappointing but I won’t be coming here again with how the staff acts

I ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito among other items, and it was disgusting. If I remember correctly, I asked the staff for the chicken to be fresh, and guess what? It was absolutely garbage. I didn't even eat the sandwich, and I took pictures of it. I paid almost 6 dollars for this, and this is a big issue at this branch. Every time I order these types of limited edition sandwiches, they turn out to be disgusting. Please do something; it's not professional at all.

Been going to this location for a couple years now. Always loved it with the service and food, but lately it hasn’t been it. The food is still dope, but the wait time is awful now. I had to wait more than 30 minutes the last couple times i went, when just a few months ago, it would only take 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. New staff or management or something is causing this issue.

Five stars for the Milltown Taco Bell! This location is consistently on point and delivers a fantastic experience every time. The food is always fresh and hot, and my order has been correct without fail. The staff here is super friendly and efficient, whether I'm going through the drive-thru or heading inside. They're quick, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The restaurant is always clean, which is a huge plus, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's a reliable spot for a quick, delicious, and affordable meal. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area looking for great service and great food!

Didn't even get my order and when I called they just hung up on me, customer service should be embarrassed and ashamed at how they talk to people on the phone.
My Taco Bell of choice, I live closer to another and drive here, the difference is real. If you like to customize use their App, their rewards program is pretty decent.

Yesterday, i ordered through Grubhub at 10:16 pm. I received the order cold, the tacos had too much unfresh and expired vegetables. Also, the package was not well closed when I received all the chips fault out of the pachinko. It was horrible i will not going to order again my order was the supreme Luxe Box
