I have the same complaint as you see in MANY previous reviews, the dark skin black woman with tattoos on her hand at the drive-through today at noon is EXTREMELY rude. I will be calling corporate.
Dave's triple meal, almost 2000 calories when you have to eat on the road. 👍

Ok, I will be honest with people here and I will break the silence, the reason that crew members couldn't be given extra sauces, solve problems efficiently, and attend faster is for the administration who doesn't care about employees and costumers, if you want to work here please don't come here, the general manager doesn't respect sick hours or vacations and force people acting cold with costumers and please forgive me if I offended you unjustly but I just follow the rules, costumers please be Consider yourself with the crew and always ask for their receives. Thank you for listening to me and please forgive my attitude if I was so rude to you guys, peace.
Now for those whose second language is Spanish I will only say that do not come here to eat, the reason why the employees are so cold and in a certain way despotic is because they literally force them to follow a regulation that is in itself very out of place. Whether you want to or not, please always ask for your receipts and be considerate of the employees, oh and please don't apply to work here because the pay is miserable and now the GM doesn't want to give vacation hours or sick hours and he puts a lot of pressure on you. excuses that are not worth detailing. I just hope that you take me seriously and if at any time you felt offended by my attitude, I just say, forgive me.

Went there at 830 pm for a late, fast dinner. Wanted a Cobb salad without tomatoes. They said they were premade. Got a Baconator jr. value meal. Burger was inedible. It was sooooo salty and cold. Fries were not fresh and soda was flat! Threw it away. Very disappointed as Id never had a bad experience at Wendy’s.

I don’t usually leave reviews but in this situation it felt necessary. Food was just like any other Wendy’s, no complaints. However, the staff here is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The lady at the drive thru window on 8/29/24 at 11:15am was completely unprofessional and rude. I witnessed he speak in a rude manner to the car infront of me raising her voice and just overall not having a friendly attitude. When it was my turn to order she was rushing me during my order & made nasty comments when I asked her to repeat one thing because I didn’t hear her. I could understand her rushing me if the place was packed but there was no one behind me. Upon receiving my order I didn’t receive my sauces which I paid and additional 75 cents for & she got annoyed that I asked again and showed her my bag, basically tossed the sauces at me and slammed the drive thru window before I could say anything else. Woman doesn’t belong in this industry. Has no people skills, communication or respect what so ever.

The worst Wendy's ever nobody knows what they are doing ordered a large vanilla cold brew coffee and 10 nights with ranch .this was done online ,my husband went to pick up with the order number which he gave to them , they did not want to give him my order. To say the least the nuggets were cold and they said they had no ranch dressing which I ordered and the cold brew vanilla forty was hot and was just regular iced coffee. This was a total waste. This place years ago was ok now its terrible. Won't go there again.

I went to this Wendy’s, and tried to use my rewards. After I got to the window, they said that they can’t take my rewards because the machine doesn’t work. I then ask them to remove an item because I didn’t want it anymore and they said OK. Begrudgingly, they refilled my drink because they messed it up and then when I left the item in question was still on my receipt. I had to pay for an item and I didn’t even want it anymore. Also, the man at the window rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to take off an item. I understand they are underpaid, but there’s no need for an attitude and I shouldn’t have to pay because they’re not paid well.
