I’m only rating 5 based off first time visit and I’m not trying to fill their rating with something negative bc to someone else this place may be a lot better to them or a lot worst. Maybe I’ll come on a different day at a different time and it’ll be a different experience. But for today it was like 330 in the afternoon I’m out here for work so I stopped in because my plug in lunchbox wasn’t working so maybe it was a sign. I got a Mini Zac which honestly was really good the sauce which seems like some type of creamy honey/sweet mustard idk how to describe it but seemed familiar was great I don’t usually like lettuce and tomatoe on burgers bc they usually take away from the burger. This was not the case here, the burger to me had great flavor that couldn’t be masked. If you’re a crispy fries type of person these are perfect nothing burned or too crispy where it’s inedible, perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was it wasn’t busy to have an idea of atmosphere and the customer service was good for the most part. I asked if they had a menu with some pictures or description bc they only have like 6 things on display on the screens above the cashier and the kiosk wasn’t working I’m sure bc everything where there would picture was greyed out. The response I got was “no we don’t have one” and “ You need pictures ….”

Went here as a couple for a quick, casual dine-in for the 1st time.Very similar to other Burger chains where you place order, it’s freshly cooked, and then brought to your table.The service was excellent.. very patient, knowledgeable and helpful as we looked over the menu and had multiple questions. All was cooked and brought to our table hot and promptly. However, the burger itself was average and underwhelming. Their Zac sauce was very good though and served on a potato bun. One of us liked the crispy outside fries a lot but the other picked up on an odd taste and did not, which meant more fries for one of us! The dining area had nice quality tables, chairs, and other building materials and was very clean. However, the area was also very bland and stark. How about hanging anything on the walls for some visual interest.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Gyro is underwhelming. Didn’t add any sauces to the gyro. The chicken was very salty. Chicken sandwich was dry. Chicken cheesesteak was mid. Will not be coming back and not recommending.

Wow in looking at these positive reviews, maybe guys you have been dining at another Zac's beside the mill town location. The food at milltown is horrible.

Wife and I ordered the spicy burger and chicken sandwich with two fries. Flavor-wise the burger was fine. The chicken looked like a Wawa chicken sandwich, but was different as it had a sort of indian-curry taste to it. Overall, the food was above average, but nothing to boast about, so 4/5. I don't think it fits the cost though (our order total was $30), so a 3/5 seems like a better fit.

Zac's Burger is definitely overrated based on my recent visit. We tried the spicy chipotle chicken sandwich and the gyro platter. Neither were necessarily BAD, but nothing stood out about either dish. The spicy chipotle chicken sandwich is spicier than the average spicy sandwich. Neither dish had much flavor, and the white sauce on the platter was a bit watery and did not add anything. On top of that, we had a side dish of fries. The fries were a bit crispy, but overall nothing special. The interior of Zac's Burger is pretty small and looks like any other fast food place. It took a bit over 10 minutes for our food to be ready. There is nothing that draws me back to Zac's, but it wasn't a horrible experience.

Incredibly rude staff.Online it says they close at 10 pm. I called at 9:37 to place a pick up order. They picked up the phone but did not say anything and left it on the side. I tried calling back but i kept getting a busy tone. At 9:43 I was standing inside the store and was told that I wasn’t able to place an order. The staff were incredibly rude and said that they close at 9:50 instead of 10 pm as it states on google.I’ve come to this location many times but this is the first time I was turned away, and so rudely at that, it makes me not want to return and I’m sorry to say but it looks like I won’t be coming back.Unfortunate for one the decent halal places in the area. Sucks that the customer service is so terrible.

First two times I had it it was good! Actually it was great! I noticed the brothers making it on the second trip and it was amazing. I went in today for a third time and got some chicken sandwiches. 3 sandwiches and order of chicken fingers with fries came out to about $47! Expensive! Food was over fried and the chicken fingers outside coating falling off! Not good at all this time! Over fried and greasy!

The location is wrong on all map apps. The place is actually located next to the Cold Stone ice cream place in the Target parking lot. Regardless, the food was good. Got the bbq bacon burger and muzz sticks. Could go there again.
