Before heading here to meet a friend, I read the reviews like any smart diner. Unfortunately, I got an idea that the experience with me either loving the service and hating the food or vice versa. However, I loved EVERYTHING. The establishment had a wonderful and warm, modern feel with some rustic elements to make the dining experience even lovelier. Our server was rock solid with perfect timing. He not only let us go at our own pace but he even apologized for some waiting time that none of us recognized due to the restaurant being busy. He was kind, gracious, and conscientious. The food was truly incredible and consistent. World famous pumpkin soup? Well, if it isn't, it should be! So satisfying and with such great flavor. It is a must for anyone dining. The peach and prosciutto pizza is wonderful but could use a bit more flavor. Their house salad is one of the best and most flavorful I've had, the scallops were delicious and cooked perfectly, and that dessert would have made me confess to crimes I hadn't committed. All in all, this birthday celebration for a friend was truly amazing. I cannot tell you how much I cannot wait to get back to Cinders. I live 45 minutes away but look forward to the drive! Highly recommended for couples, parties, or families!
I specifically wanted their cavatelli and broccoli with grilled chicken, so 3 people ordered take out. in the past I have had this dish several times and it was delish. - on May 6, 2023 i called an order in for pick up. they said 30 minutes, we were there on time and headed to a friends house literally 5 minutes from the restaurant. they had an affair in the place of maybe 40-50 people which was winding down our order: - cavatelli and broccoli and grilled chicken - chicken ceasar wrap with mozzarella and spinach - jersey burger deluxe - 2 rice ball appy - 1 small beef barley soup - 1 order fries -Let's start with the burger, it was good, ordinary but the French fries were limp and cold. - chicken ceasar wrap was horrible. the chicken was processed food not fresh, it had a vinaigrette taste, and it was cold, which in turn did not wilt the fresh very large spinach leaves nor soften the mozzarella. - cavatelli and broccoli with grilled chicken was the absolute worse food I have ever had. it was flooded with oil, very large chunks of garlic and the same disgusting cold processed chicken that they used in the wrap. the broccoli wasn't cooked at all, the entire dish was cold and inedible. went straight to the garbage. - rice balls tasted processed not freshly made and had some kind of coating on the outside which cracked when we attempted to eat them, plus they were not good at all. - side order of fries were the size of a small fry from McDonald's, were limp and cold. - beef barley soup had chunks of beef but very little barley, tasted very ordinary our total was a little over $100.00 with a tip. we will never be back to this place. such a shame they went downhill. we used to love going there. in today's climate you would think a restaurant would do everything to keep customers.
I cannot recommend Cinders enough. When we were looking for a location for a repass dinner, we did a circuit of the neighborhood, as the services were in Randolph, and inquired at multiple locations. At almost every place, they were shocked that we wanted to do a Friday night repass and were. quick to dismiss us. We went into Cinders filled with anxiety after a really long day of making arrangements and wondering how we would be able to honor such an important member of our family. Immediately, John came over, shook our hands, and said “I am so sorry for your loss. Would you like to sit down and talk about what it would look like if you hosted here?” From there on out, John, his wife, and the rest of the staff gave us an incredible experience and went above and beyond to make sure that they were attending to everything that we and our guests needed. Even though they had the downstairs room booked, they gave us an entire half of the restaurant for our repass and it felt private and familial. They were attentive to everyone’s needs, and the food was INCREDIBLE. I cannot thank John and the rest of the staff at Cinders enough. Thank you for being so empathetic, accommodating, and for providing excellent food and drinks. It was exactly what our family needed and was the perfect way to come together in honor of David.

We went to CINDERS with a party of 6 people for a Easter Brunch. Cinders had an excellent selection of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Items. They Omlet Station, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, French Toast, Pancake, Bagels and wonderful Lox. Their selection of other breakfast items were vast and tasty. Hot food include a carving Station with ham, Lamb, Steamship round, and Salmon. Peel Shrimp along with Fresh Oysters and Clams on the half shell and they were very fresh. There were at least 20 different entries in chaffing dishes, al were very good. Their Desert area featured Cakes and Cookies that were wonderful and deliciuos to top it off they had Fresh cooked Donuts. All people in my party thought the Brunch had GREAT FOOD, along with wonderful service and atmosphere made for a pleasing day...Thank you Cinders

Food was excellant, service was great for a party of 8 - We all enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone. Wide variet of food and price budget.
First time eating here celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and will highly recommend this fine establishment. The food was awesome the service was outstanding the atmosphere is great . Will definitely return. To full for desert though maybe next time .
Very nice and quaint place to eat. The service was very good, the only negative was that the food was very salty. The Calamari and Paella were overwhelmed with the salt.

This restaurant is fabulous. We held our daughter's wedding at Cinders and the food was absolutely delicious. The Market Place is creative and innovative. I wish you much success in your new endeavor
Very nice and the food is excellent.Would recommended going here for a nice dinner and a night out.
I ate there about a year ago. Awful
Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon to try it out. Ordered three appetizers, Grilled Octopus, Fried Artichokes and Fish and Chips tacos. The octopus looked good but was cooked to a consistency of a rubber eraser. Couldn't eat it at all , when the waitress came back we told her and she took it away, didn't seem in the least surprised that it was inedible. The artichokes were ok but over fried and greasy. The tacos were covered in a garlic aioli that was very very strong tasting and masked every other taste. The crispy chips on top of the taco would have been good if they hadn't been dripping with the aioli and made completely soggy and afflicted by the same strong taste of over ripe garlic. So although the atmosphere was nice and the service was good, the food did not make use want to ever go back again.
Our family has always enjoyed Sunday brunch, but Cinder's brunch was a whole new level of extraordinary! My sons wanted to try the homemade donuts to start which arrived hot and drizzled with homemade icing. They were award-winning and there was not a morsel left over. Three of us ordered off the brunch menu and my son ordered off the sandwich menu. Everything was artfully presented, the portions huge and all delicious. The cocktails were equally amazing. Our waiter was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff! I was also impressed with their new marketplace where you can buy gourmet food and sandwiches. We will definitely be going back to their brunch!
