The Miner's Apron at NJ Bar & Grill

Just had to leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ shout out to The Miner's Apron for hosting my mom’s surprise 70th birthday party on Sunday! Vinny and Jess were so easy to work with and had great suggestions throughout the process. Jan always makes us feel like family too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your next event.

The food was great, and our server, Mark was amazing!

Got the roast beef it was terrible came out cold hard to cut not much of it nothing to go with it when it came out I had to send it back to get reheated because it was cold it was tough just all around tasteless will not go back

I stopped at this restaurant for dinner. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and was greeted! The staff was great! The place was cozy! I ordered with Ava and had:

Pig Iron Old Fashioned
Thursdays 1/2 off wine bottles
Grilled Chicken Wings
Cacio e Pepe Primavera & Shrimp
Salmon
Apple Crunch Cake

They had 1/2 off wine bottles as well! I loved the old-fashioned and the pasta dish! It was a good time in this restaurant!

We had the pleasure of trying Minors Apron for the first time, this past Saturday. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated at a table immediately. There were 4 adults in our party. Our waitress came to our table quickly and asked for our drink and app orders. We had tried the Chips and Quac as a starter. The chips were outstanding. They were warm and homemade and came with a selection of dips. For dinner, two of us ordered one of the daily specials, the Chicken Parm. One ordered the Fried Chicken Thigh Sandwich and the other ordered the Roast Beast open face skillet. All of us were very happy with our choices. In addition, the portions were very generous. The service was outstanding. We also liked that the owner came to us and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything and to check that we were enjoying our meal. We all felt very welcomed. The atmosphere was excellent and the food was outstanding as well as the service. We are so impressed with Miners Apron, we are already planning on going back in the next week to celebrate one our of sons birthdays.

The food is sooo good and the service is amazing/ so kind! The food/ drinks keep mom and dad happy + my 4 year old even loves it because they have her fav soup & she can color on the table cloths! Def will be a regular spot for us

My girlfriend and I had such a positive experience here. The owner Vinny took his time to greet us and tell us about the menu after seeing it was our first time, and his pride and passion for his food and overall friendliness left a great first impression on us. Everything from our appetizer to our dessert was excellent and we can't wait to go back!

Miner's has the best Charcoal Margarita and the Little orange martini, they're the best I have ever had. Their Scallops and Tomato Ristto is out of the world, it's always freshly prepared. Highly recommend this restaurant for great quality of food, super service and amazing drinks 🍸

A friend recommended The Miner’s Apron. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, nicely done cocktails, and very good food. Everything was spot on. We plan to return.

Food, fantastic! Tasty bevies from the bar…Do not walk— RUN to this gem of a find in Mine Hill. LOVE this place.

Definitely a hidden gem. The food was great and the drinks were tasty and strong. The French onion soup was probably the best I've had since eating it in actual France. The owner was super nice and informative.

Debbie, Janice, Alley, and Eric are awesome! They're a very welcoming staff, and they'll take care of ya! Great menu and food selection - their kitchen crew go above and beyond, drink selections are very versatile, the environment is warm and clean, and you always feel welcomed. Killer burgers and tacos! This isn't the kinda place you only pass thru just once.

6/2021 update: I haven't been here in a hot minute, not since before all this covid stuff. I'm super happy these guys are still around and open for business. I'm typing this up while housing a bunch of tacos! ... Nothing's changed; still great food and too notch service. Everyone here is really polite and courteous. I'll be back tomorrow!

9/2024 update: the place may have changed names, and the menu's been rearranged, but still a rad spot! ... Wings! Omg the wings! Legit the best wings I've ever had. Some places talk up their wings bc of whatever sauces they throw on em, but I want the quality meat. Grilled wings always beat out deep fried wings!

Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Great food. Pleasant service. Glad we found it! We will be back
