Every morning for a year I went here before work, for pick up orders. The order is usually prepared but missing something I have to ask for. One of the staff is awesome the rest suck.

Walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts today four workers were behind the counter All not Bizzy or doing anything. One decided to behave like she was sweeping. The other guy just turned to act like he was on and picking up the tissue paper for the donuts. One guy said on the floor by the drive-through I was treated like I was invisible. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman of color, a black woman, but it was terrible. Watch this happen many occasions I will not give them my money.

I was in town visiting and I ordered a simple medium ice coffee with 1 milk no sugar. Had a few sips, and all of a sudden felt dizzy, winded, and almost as if my equilibrium was thrown off. I’d stay away.

they always make my drink wrong i used to go here everyday before school and they always seem to mess up my order and never listen. i stopped asking them to fix my order because i got tired of it and i stopped going to this specific dunkin for a reason but its the most convenient when im in a rush. they also put alot alot of ice than regular needed when its not asked for. they also once put bacon in my sandwich when i said no bacon and im not allowed to eat bacon because of my religion. they also are very not professional and talk too much . can yall please get new workers or fire your employees because they actually suck at their job ty

Ordered a small Dunkin Midnight coffee. Directly in front of me, one of the people on the other side of the counter filled a small cup from a large stainless steel container with the label "original brew." The person then sidestepped two paces, stood there for a moment, then walked to the area of the counter where orders ready for pick up are placed, looked at me and announced "small Dunkin Dark." I responded that I saw this person fill the cup from the container marked "original brew." The person replied, No. I filled it from from over here," with a gesture of the hand waving to where they sidestepped and stood for a moment, after filling the cup from the container labeled "original brew." This was blatantly untrue, and a wholly unnecessary untruth. Still, I suspended my disbelief. Outside of the Dunkin Donuts, I tasted the coffee. It wasn't what I ordered. I returned the small coffee and asked for my money back, and with another personal behind the counter again insisting what I was given was Dunkin Dark, ultimately a refund was handed over to me. This isn't a massive deal, other than that in food service there ought not to be either outright untruths about whats being served, nor intentionally giving a patron something other than what they have ordered.
