Food was fine but service was slow. It use to be faster but seems like the reoccurring faces you use to see are no longer there. Seems like they need more employees and more help here asap

Worst coffee ever. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee. It’s like hot water.Suggestion to management - don’t suck people’s money into your pockets . Provide them with a decent food and beverage.

Worst business I’ve ever been to because of the individuals who work there.Walked in at 1:50 on a Sunday. No one was in line to order when I walked up. Girl at the register was on her phone. She looked up at me and then looked back at her phone and said nothing. Eventually a young man with curly hair came over. They started arguing loudly and he said “I hate you” to her. Then finally he looked at me and said “yes?” Not “hello” or “sorry about that” or “how may I help you?” Phone girl continues to scroll her phone.After I ordered, I stopped in the restroom. The bathroom is dirty with hairballs and empty cups on the floor - but the girl at the register can’t be bothered to get off her phone. I noticed she was on Instagram, not doing anything critical.Then, they went to sit on stools and scroll Instagram some more, rather than waiting by the register.When I went to grab my order, it was wrong. I ordered decaf and he made it regular. I pointed this out to the curly haired person. Instead of apologizing, he just raised his eyebrows at me. I just left the coffee there. After seeing two flies buzzing around and the awful service, I figure that the coffee is going to be abysmal anyway.I’d be fired if I acted like this. If these kids aspire to be anything more than Dunkin’ Donuts cashiers for a living, they need to get their acts together - fast. What a disappointment.

Some of the products are not fresh like the products in other DDs and also the employees do not focus on the quality of their service because I ordered a medium coffee and vanilla cream donuts and I went to the pick up section the employee did not have an idea and the donut was not good. I realized that it was not because of any social differences, it seemed they were incapable.

I frequently visit this location for quick meals in between work hours. It’s usually great. More recently, they’ve hired some new people, young teenagers who could not possibly care less about food safety and excellent customer service.This evening, I walked in to the location after having placed my order 10 minutes prior. I ordered a few egg and cheese sandwiches and donuts. I walked in and was not greeted as the 2 employees and one non employee stood around the register laughing and fooling around. I was expecting my order to be ready, but nothing was on the counter. I informed them I was here to pickup. They laughed and said “we don’t have any donuts” to which I replied “okay, please refund that.” They refused to, said we cant. One employee offered to refund in the register while the other told him no. I was very frustrated at this point and asked them to make the rest of my order. The employee did, although incorrectly and with the eggs not even cooked all the way. So the 2 young boys did not help with a refund for the donuts they didn’t have, they didn’t make the rest of my order properly, and they also delayed me by not getting the order ready right when they saw it. No one else was in the store. Not a single order or person around for them to serve before me.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The only time my orders are correct and timely are with the morning staff.The one specific employee I have seen many times before calling and texting friends on the phone with his gloves on and using the same gloves to prepare food, both mine and others’.Can we take food service seriously? It’s not a joke. Hoping for a change.Management needs serious help choosing employees. This location is ridiculous.
