Great play area but order your food in the drive thru and go in otherwise you'll be waiting 20 mins for someone to acknowledge your there and another 15 for them to take your order

I ordered a meal through Door Dash on 5/10/2025. I requested a large fries. They sent me a doughnut instead. I reordered just the large fries. This time they sent me 2 hash browns. I fail to see the difficulty in understanding the request. I have literally never seen such ineptitude in food service. I sadly can't rate a 0 or I would have.

I avoid this one, disfunctional service and food on surprise to you. You never know when it will happen and it happens too often. I will drive to the next town and get my big Mac. If you don't like disappointment avoid this one.

It’s not fast food. It should be called slowest food. Order of 10 nuggets took over 30 mins.
Maybe they are understaffed for this popular location.
In that case they should fix it or stop taking new orders until previous ones are fulfilled.
