went here at around 3:50 & they said they were closed , if they close at 3:50 why say you close at 4 ??? i even called ahead at 3:30 to ask if i could order over the phone since i knew it was close to closing time she said they can’t take orders over to phone, understandable but if yall would’ve put my tacos aside when i called ahead to accommodate me i would’ve been a happy customer.

first time trying out the new taco bell and not a single thing i ordered was correct. ordered two crunchwraps a burrito and a taco. the only thing on all of them was tomato and lettuce. nothing else.
I can go in there to pickup an order and have 5 employees stare at me and not ask if i need anything or help what so ever. The customer service at this location is appalling
