If you want to sit for over an hour in the drive thru and then be told that they’re out of things you order by the time you make it to the window then this is the place for you. Seriously do not go here. You will die in line before the food is even ordered.

Horrible customer service
Our order was missing couple of tacos but when we called back the response wasn’t good. They weren’t polite. So we decided to stop going there again. At least they should say sorry.

This Taco Bell sucks. They take almost 20 minutes to prepare your food. No matter when it’s not busy still gonna be around 10-15 minutes. I’m running out of patience in the drive thru line right now. Terrible!

Doesn’t matter if you order ahead in the mobile app or you order over there, they take their sweet time to give you the food even though there’s no lines at the drive thru. Such a waste of time. Had to wait 20+ minutes when there were only 2-3 cars ahead of me ridiculous!

Kevin - I cannot emphasize enough how great he is. His presence and energy made our night, maybe our year. This is the best taco bell I have ever been to, and it's because of Kevin. He should run for Congress. I swear his being involved makes the food taste extra good. It's inexplicable. Thank you so much, Kevin.

I recently placed a drive-thru order at the Taco Bell for this location. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
When I got home, I discovered that my taco had chicken instead of the black beans I had requested. I called the restaurant to report the mistake, but the manager was incredibly rude and insisted I return to the store. Upon returning, the staff replaced the taco without any apology or explanation.
When I asked for a refund, the manager was again rude and insisted I swipe my card for the refund. They didn't even provide a receipt. When I asked for receipt, he gave it after making me wait for 17 minutes.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this Taco Bell. I will not be returning to this location in the future.
