The turtle club

The lady that opens and comes in to make the bacon is a saint. My blood sugar was low, and I was starting to shake, so I stopped to grab something to munch. They weren't open yet, but she made me a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant when she could have said no. She is super friendly. More people need to be like her, kind and compassionate.

Ordered a footlong veggie sub. Tina literally put 4 black olives on my sub. I had to ask for "extra." Skimpiest sub ever. If Tina is working, turn around and go somewhere else.

August 15, 2022I had a nasty encounter with a Caucasian sales person that I know was racially motivated. I refuse to spend my hard earned money with someone that is as unprofessional as she was. She should lose her job, because this location being at a truck stop she will have to deal with more people of color, and subway deserves somebody better to represent them. I will pursue this as far as possible.

Just wonderful. My first experience with this location, I had ordered a sandwich on the app, but got a message saying my order had been cancelled, but I noticed they charged me anyway. I went to the restaurant to inquire, and the employee Tina said they'd never gotten an online order even after I showed her my confirmation and payment. She suggested I contact corporate for a refund because this had "literally never happened before", so I left, no big whoop. A couple hours later, Tina called me back and said they got the cancelled order and she made me the sandwich, and I could come pick it up if I wanted lol. I lived close enough, so I did. She felt soo bad for the back and forth even though it wasn't even her fault, and she was SO SWEET! She even gave me a couple free treats!Went again today, she chatted me up so lovely, and my sandwich was AMAZING. Its just so nice to see the kindness in people even if they aren't having the best day. What a kind hearted woman! Thanks Tina!

They had a decent selection, but prices have gone up since the pandemic. You also HAVE to choose a tip when paying.

Worst customer service i had at subway in my life. Lady who is working here is so horrible. I understand people have their bad days but if you are not up for it than don't do a job with people. She was super rude with an angry face the whole time. Sandwich was made poorly and tomatos were rotten. Horrible place! I can't beleve i'm reading the same reviews from two years ago.
