I come home after a hard Sunday. I saw the cape on the side of the road and the idea of a restaurant/tap bar sounded great! I tried to have a nice evening but the pasta felt over boiled by hours, the soda was barely carbonated, the brownies had hair in them, and the employees were handling food without gloves. Food is good, bartender is amazing. Atmosphere isn't bad. But ALWAYS instantly pay for your drinks and keep track because they will screw you if they can.
