Great food. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, Greek salad with chicken, and a slice of cheese pizza.

Kid-friendliness: Our son is a messy eater. The staff was patient and gave us lots of napkins.

Went here for the first time and was blown away by the pizza. I thought I’d gone back in time 40 years ago to when I was a kid and Pizza had crispy, thin crust and actual flavor in the sauce. The pepperoni slice I had was simply the best I’ve had since I was a kid. we will be back for sure!! The staff was very nice, too.

they charge full price for topping or specialty on half of a pizza and additionally charge a “technology fee” for an over-the-phone order. Both of these are ridiculous! Pizza is whatever

Unfortunately I have to give this a low rating because I found a gray hair in my mozzarella's sticks plate. There was 2 chefs back there , the younger one who I never have problems with was very apologetic and took the mozzarella sticks off, but gave me 10% off of the rest of the order. In my opinion restaurants usually give you the full meal free because of a big health hazard. However, the other one he has gray hair and wears glasses and he’s never really friendly towards me in there.

I have been going to Genteel's for the last 13 years. My family loves the pizza, which is extremely consistent and absolutely delicious. Every component of the pizza is exceptional from the crust to the sauce to the cheese, and the ratio of crust to sauce to cheese is also perfect.My family and I have also eaten dinner at Genteel's many times over the years, and the food is extremely good. It is so good, in fact, that my daughter used Genteel's to cater her two sons' Bar Mitzvah luncheons. At the last luncheon, my daughter selected pizza, penne vodka, Caesar salad, eggplant parmesan, and a few other items which were all excellent. I was extremely impressed with how fresh all the food was, and that the pasta dishes were not dry or overcooked, which often happens with Italian catering (from other places). I cannot emphasize strongly enough how wonderful this restaurant is!

Pizza was very delicious definitely will come back again when in the area.

Just stopped in on my work driving route. I got a large cheese slice. The two gentlemen working there were very friendly and respectful. Once I go back I’ll definitely be trying the other types of pies they have. 15/10

Just found this gem the other night, with my daughter and husband . We ordered 3 personal pizza's they were all delicious. Our waiter and everyone were very friendly we will be back

One of the best pizza joints in the area. Their pizzas are freshly cooked, and simply delicious. I recommend The Works which is my favorite.

I ordered delivery from here several times. Unfortunately the pizza was really soggy on both occasions and fell apart. Also, one time I got a penne vodka which was $16. The servings size was the smallest I have ever gotten at any restaurant. Overall the food was been the worst part. The delivery/service is seamless.
