Tell me how this is possible, I ordered a bowl on the chipotle app with extra white rice and honey chipotle chicken along with other things. Not only was there not a grain of rice in the bowl, it was steak as the protein. I’ve never had an experience like this.

This food was so good and staff were so friendly. I haven’t been here in two years since the food was so bad then but I’m so happy that this place is fixed! Huge shoutout to management for fixing my fav chipotle!

Although unacceptable I can maybe understand why at 8pm it could look like this. But 3:30 in the afternoon!! This is not appetizing at all. Old, dirty food containers for the incoming dinner rush. Who’s managing this place????? Sadly it’s not the first time! This place needs some oversight. Don’t bother calling customer service they just read from a prompt no matter what you say! Chipotle you are better than this!

They never give you any food. Half the times I get a bowl half full they are so stingy. A lot of the times the rice is in clumps and has no seasoning and tastes horrible. I got a kids meal 1 time and they already have portioning sections for you and they filled it up half way. I had to ask them to fill it up to the top and she rolled her eyes at me. Also, the meat is never cooked right it’s always chewy and disgusting. Never coming here again worst chipotle I have ever been to. GO TO CHIPOTLE IN RAMSEY ON ROUTE 17 MUCH BETTER!

Just picked up an order to go and the staff was BLASTING expletive filled rap. Not a good look. Place was filthy as were several tables. I understamd wanting to break down and close when possible, but kkep the place clean
