Meh. I just reminded myself why I dont go to Chipotle. This location food stinks. Steak was full of fat and chewy. Rice was mushy... The veggie onions peppers was unbelievably spicy. Whomever was prepping their food doesn't know what they are doing. I will give them this, they are very friendly and quick. Never expected gourmet eating at this place, but the one time I decided to the food was horrible. Sorry not sorry never giving Chipotle another try. Yuck.

I got food poisoning from this location. Would not recommend. Ruined my vacation. If I could give it negative 30 stars for the number of times per day I've spent in the bathroom since then I would.

Food was good. No complains there. Place was empty and just stood there with no employees helping me for a solid 2 minutes. Went to go grab a seat and every single table completely dirty. No line of customers. Just me and every single table empty and dirty. Garbage also overflowing. 3 in afternoon

We frequentl the Chipotle in Montvale NJ. When we eat there and watch the employees prepare our food all is good. Big problem ordering on the app. The bowls are prepared with very little of the protein and plenty of rice. I find this so disappointing when we pick it up and end up eating rice and corn for dinner. What can be done about this??? Do we always have to go stand in line just to take out our dinner??

The staff worked extremely quickly and were so friendly. The portions were amazing! Best we’ve ever received at any location. And so fresh. The restaurant was very clean and cool (appreciated in the summer). We came at 9pm on a Sunday (7/6/25). The staff working deserve praise! Best chipotle location we’ve ever been to.

Tell me how this is possible, I ordered a bowl on the chipotle app with extra white rice and honey chipotle chicken along with other things. Not only was there not a grain of rice in the bowl, it was steak as the protein. I’ve never had an experience like this.

Only after we ordered did I look around. The place is absolutely disgusting! Filthy! Every surface I looked at was littered with old food. Needless to say , we will not be returning!

This food was so good and staff were so friendly. I haven’t been here in two years since the food was so bad then but I’m so happy that this place is fixed! Huge shoutout to management for fixing my fav chipotle!

Although unacceptable I can maybe understand why at 8pm it could look like this. But 3:30 in the afternoon!! This is not appetizing at all. Old, dirty food containers for the incoming dinner rush. Who’s managing this place????? Sadly it’s not the first time! This place needs some oversight. Don’t bother calling customer service they just read from a prompt no matter what you say! Chipotle you are better than this!
