The staff worked extremely quickly and were so friendly. The portions were amazing! Best we’ve ever received at any location. And so fresh. The restaurant was very clean and cool (appreciated in the summer). We came at 9pm on a Sunday (7/6/25). The staff working deserve praise! Best chipotle location we’ve ever been to.

This food was so good and staff were so friendly. I haven’t been here in two years since the food was so bad then but I’m so happy that this place is fixed! Huge shoutout to management for fixing my fav chipotle!

Montvale location served undercooked crunchy brown rice. Simply wanted corporate to refund that one lunch as I eat here every week normally everything is fine. Corporate is a mess! When you open a customer service ticket, you give precise details on location and time of issue. Corporate writes me and asks for copy of the receipt which I provide. Corporate then asks for location and time of issue which was already provided TWICE on the ticket and on the receipt. Then corporate...
