Good salad, but the service at this location is dreadfully slow. One person up front doing most the work to keep the line moving, while the others work at a snail's pace. I'm just glad that the staggering lack of urgency didn't impact the quality of the salad that I eventually received. Order ahead if you can.

I used to order often from this location, but lately, the greens and a few toppings quality isn’t great. I feel disappointed that nothing has been done about this. Not sure if their team even notice that veggies are not fresh.

Chopt at other locations is usually good but this particular location has been consistently poor and getting worse. Orders are wrong, lettuce and proteins aren’t fresh, calls go unanswered and manager seemed completely uninterested is my complaints and offered nothing, not even a refund. I say avoid this location.

Absolute idiots. Place smells like dirty mop water. Had no evidence of my order on their end which I placed online. Ignored my presence and did nothing until I showed them my receipt three times. Staff is totally incompetent and apathetic. Eventually when I did get my order it was thrust at me with no bag, utensils, or napkins and the salad was awful. Stay away this place sucks!

I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews. From personal experience, it's better to go to the restaurant (any salad/chipotle-esque place) and order you're food so you can make sure your portion's are correct. For the most part you won't get the right portion. You're lettuce is soggy? That's probably because you let your order sit at the pickup shelf for a long time. 10 minutes is long enough to wilt leafy greens. Dont be lazy and make the time to go and wait in line. That's on all of you, not the establishment. I have come multiple times, had amazing portions, fresh ingridients, and yummy tasting salads and warm bowls. Keep it up guys!

Poorly trained staff and food is not fresh!I just hope I don't get sick tonight.Shameful....train your staff to know if ingredients are organic or not! Also my arugula was WET which means it will rot sooner.Asked for my salad to be chopped/tossed and wasn't done.Poor training.I still gave the kids $5 tip on a $15 check.$2.29 for a can of diet coke?All of the above qualify for no more of my business.YOU email this to your company or franchise.Go to Eons across the way-$10 more food...organic amazing portions is a 10 EVERY time!My mistake never visiying this Chopt again!

to the young African American guy that pretty much treated us like it was our fault that he chose that job, thanks but no thanks for the horrible service you provided us last night. He had such a horrible mood. I understand it was about to close, but I think I would had much rather he told us it was close than given us service. Our order was simple, we order the kale caesar salad and added chicken. Chicken tasted horrible. Literally, if he could, he would just had thrown the salad at us. The way he answered, we well knew he hated we were there. We were planning to seat, but left. My friend wanted to add some cucumbers, mind you they were still out, but he didn't want to.We were overall so uncomfortable, I don't know what made us stay and not just walk out, but trust that we will never visit this location again.
