Good salad, but the service at this location is dreadfully slow. One person up front doing most the work to keep the line moving, while the others work at a snail's pace. I'm just glad that the staggering lack of urgency didn't impact the quality of the salad that I eventually received. Order ahead if you can.

I used to order often from this location, but lately, the greens and a few toppings quality isn’t great. I feel disappointed that nothing has been done about this. Not sure if their team even notice that veggies are not fresh.

Chopt at other locations is usually good but this particular location has been consistently poor and getting worse. Orders are wrong, lettuce and proteins aren’t fresh, calls go unanswered and manager seemed completely uninterested is my complaints and offered nothing, not even a refund. I say avoid this location.
