I went for a free cookie today (11-6-25) and they told me they had none. I walk out of the store and I see a whole family walk out of the store with the free cookies in their hands. The family tells me that they have more left. I walk back in and the workers proceed to deny me a free cookie, admitting they have more in the back with i it giving a valid reason. I am never coming back to this poorly run establishment.

Love everything about this location! From its physical location, to the aesthetics, staff, products, etc. It’s not currently my local CRUMBL(Paramus), but I go out of my way when running errands in the Montvale/Rockland County area to stop in and pick myself up a sweet treat. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and sweet! Especially a young gentleman who’s always kind and attentive. Looking to make this my most-local location in the very near future! Love this town/area and all of the shopping centers, etc. in the surrounding area are all so inviting and welcoming!

The workers are actually super fast with the orders, but what ruined my experience was when i drove 30 minutes for this crumbl cookies & after receiving my 4 pack of cookies i open the box and my banana bread cookies barely had any frosting or brown sugar topping on it, unlike the picture shown. When i asked the worker if he could fix it or add more frosting or sugar like the pictures, he didn’t even give me an actual response and just shrugged at me and said there was nothing he could do. Will not be coming back here.
