Awful waited and hour for a double shot!!!
Don't waste time in that place, you have to wait half an hour to make a ☕️
Went in to get breakfast, I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel. We got a bagel sandwich and nothing else, we went to kindly ask if we can get the right order we paid for and instead gave attitude and just gave the plain bagel and no breakfast sandwich. Overall, terrible customer service.

At 5 PM they refused to serve me decaf coffee-they close at 8.
I have never been refused coffee in the Dunkin’ Donuts: This is discrimination against old people and I will be contacting my lawyer.
Waited forever on a coffee I never got because i was too mad. Never again in that spot. Keep that 7 bucks

you'd think with all these bad reviews they'd do something about this place, absolutely garbage, waited almost half and hour just to leave. 10 people in line and in that half hour, 2 people served. plus the place looks dirty, want to wait online forever or probably contract some kind of disease from your food, then come here

Usually I don't deal both with reviews but the line was a 10 min wait and I waited another 20 for the food because they lost my order some how. Doesn't seem like there is good communication between the people prepping the food.
