Usually I don't deal both with reviews but the line was a 10 min wait and I waited another 20 for the food because they lost my order some how. Doesn't seem like there is good communication between the people prepping the food.

you'd think with all these bad reviews they'd do something about this place, absolutely garbage, waited almost half and hour just to leave. 10 people in line and in that half hour, 2 people served. plus the place looks dirty, want to wait online forever or probably contract some kind of disease from your food, then come here

Service is very slow. 8:30am, long line only 2 people are working slowly…not a place for morning quick grab if you are in hurry

Even with a bus load of people in line, this team worked hard to assist everyone in a timely manner. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. I would stop at this Dunkin again!

Joke of a dunkin supposed to be 24/7 at a travel stop. Can't even get a coffee because they closed before 9.
Pathetic staff. They mess up your order and if you ask them to fix the drink, girl working as cashier says you are annoying me.
