Waited an excessive amount of time. If you need to go somewhere quick do not go here. The food was coming out burnt. Lack of customer service skills. The women do not smile or even give you time of day. Lots of attitude. Wouldn't suggest location

The owner is very rude!
my neighbor told me to they are yelled her even they are the one who's made a mistake. And, I had a sane experience recently. I picked up the food and it wasn't mine. (my name was on it). I complained to the owner, but she was nasty and very rude to me I'm the one who grabbed the wrong food.

Went there for breakfast and to use there wifi to book an uber, the food was okay but there wifi network has no internet, you conect to it and nothing works or loads, couldnt book my uber, i was late becouse i had to walk back to my hotel. If you dont have wifi then dont advertise that you have wifi, its that simple

My daughter has an allergy. Every other location has been very courteous and helpful in dealing with the allergy. My husband went into this location on Sunday 12/22/24. The man behind the counter seemed so put out and almost offended when we told him that we needed him to use fresh gloves when touching my daughter’s hash browns. So much so that he CANCELED it off the order without telling my husband why, made a face, rolled his eyes and proceeded not to give her the food we had just ordered. He was incorrigible, disrespectful and downright rude. I will never go to this location again

I have been stopping at this DD every morning on my way to work for over a year now and each morning I am met with such kindness and hospitality. The manager, Marlou, is so sweet and gets my order right EVERY SINGLE TIME. She always greets me with a smile and knows me by my name. The rest of the staff is also pleasant. I look forward to stopping here every morning. My coffee is also very fresh and the place clean. Thank you Marlou and your team for a great start to my mornings!
