First time order....will be the last time. Ordered XCheese and the cheese slid all over the pie. Impossible to fold the pizza. Dough was soggy. Legit soggy. Tried to salvage and put some slices in oven....some in frying pan......and bad pizza is bad pizza. Could not get the crisp crusty.

Francos is now called The Pizza Parlour. They have an expanded menu and desserts and are also open Sundays. Monday through Thursday they are doing a family platter special which is a great deal and feeds 4 to 6 people. You can order through slice, grub hub or Door Dash. The food is ok , the manager is a sob that doesn't appreciate the amount of times they have screwed my order up , been really late ,impartial orders, or went to the wrong house and I accepted it without throwing a fit or asking for money off, and I still tipped driver well. This last time I ordered and was waiting over a hr for my food I call to see what happened to my food . They say they already come through and no one answered the door (if he even did ) . So now I can't use my tip money to buy food for my family only card. I guess loyalty to a small business like this isn't worth anything. Call sorrento in pearl river they have better food , just no Gatorade which was why I went to francos in the first place.

So after several times getting food delivered, you just decide you no longer want to deliver food here anymore because it’s not in montvale. But if the house a few doors down with montvale address ordered, it wouldn’t be a problem. LOL, you just lost a customer for not wanting to deliver an extra 50 ft.

5-star food, 5-star staff, 4.5 star ambience. This is a great spot for a slice of pizza. My wife got the grandma slice which she loved. I got a slice of plain and pepperoni, both were great. Everybody working there was friendly.

I admire this spot! They serve tasty dishes, their menu is rich, The cook in that place is an expert, I love a lot trying all their dishes. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the guests is good. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I highly recommend it.
This restaurant is my favorite. I eat in many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The team is very welcoming and the food they place on your table is so appetizing. I am always happy to have a nice dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Was lied to, never got my food even after I paid by card. I called an hour and 20 minutes later and was told something about it got really busy and they were sorry. Sorry doesnt work with a pregnant wife and child who wanted pizza. Busy isn't my problem when I order by phone. Heard it was supposed to be good. I'll never find out cause I won't ever go there again 100 places to order from. I know they don't care its just one customer. I say stay away from this one. Rather go to Pompillos in westwood better service

This is not pizza that I enjoy much. I compare it to the pizza that is served at a kids birthday party. It's got all the ingredients but the flavors are not that bold and the crust isn't that crunchy. When other outstanding places are nearby, this one fell short IMO.

This is my go-to for all around good pizza, decent sandwiches, good pasta dishes. The chicken roll is my favorite thing from Franco’s. Penne vodka with chicken cutlet a very close second. They are quick and reliable. Staff is awesome. I’ve tried all of the pizza joints in the area. I always go back to Francos though. Do it.
