We had a company team bonding dinner here and it was really good. The sushi was amazing, the hibachi was amazing and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!! Service was pretty good. They do have tables without hibachi as well.

You can clearly tell that great care is taken in both the selection of ingredients and the preparation. The presentation is exquisite, showing the chef’s strong attention to detail. The service is also excellent. The staff are friendly, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable, making it a great place for gatherings with friends or family. Extremely expensive. Literally 3x the price of anywhere else! I enjoy sushi literally every single day! I have never heard of a 5 piece shrimp tempura roll costing 17.99
I’ve never paid more than five dollars for a small plate of edamame. Here it’s over $10

We live out of town and my sister in law brought us to Gen Sushi and Hibachi. The food was amazing from the edamame appetizer to the miso soup to the fresh sushi and the teriyaki chicken. The four of us were all duly impressed with the food and the service!! Dinner started with warm hand towels provided by our kind and efficient server. Our food was not only served in a timely manner but the presentation was extremely impressive. As we were finishing we noticed the chef preparing a sushi feast. The boat of sushi designed for a group of regular customers was incredible. One woman told us she drove 45 minutes just to have the fresh sushi. That is a high compliment!! If you aren’t a fan of sushi the menu offers many other options. We will definitely visit again when we are in town.
