Food was great, but the service ruined the experience.
It was our first time, and when we asked about the loyalty program, the employee was rude and unhelpful. He got annoyed when we couldn’t find the barcode (which was actually behind the register), didn’t apologize, and just walked away. The place wasn’t even busy — we were the only ones there. Definitely disappointing service.

Cannot tell you how the food was because the two people working there were so slammed with delivery orders from DoorDash/Uber eats that they were unable to serve us in a timely manner.

Peak dinner time on a Saturday… They should hire more people… The prep area was also very messy… Again because of the short staffed nature of the restaurant

I imagine the food could be good if you went during a slow time

Love Naya! It is one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch. All of the food is amazing and fresh. You cannot really go wrong with any of the options, but I always like the bowl with falafel best! The garlic spread is amazing. I also use them often for catering and Leon has been super helpful to make sure my orders are always perfect. Highly recommend them for catering!
