Just left Montavel location at 8am. They had just 6 (old) croissants in the shelf. When I asked if they had more in the back they said they would all be the same. Yet they wouldn’t bring more out until those 6 sold. Yet every other item for sale was in abundance.

Im alittle disappointed in this location. Who is running this store on the weekends? Especially on Saturday mornings? The coffee counter is disgusting -where you keep your sugars and stirrers. Its caked with coffee spots and sugars all over the counter. Please wipe your counters down. Take a look at the floor too - that needs a mop. You have 3 young ladies behind the cash register who are in desperate need of customer service training.

The food might be good but if you are looking for a job.. well .. listen to this.. week 1 met with the gm... week 3 that's right it's been 2 weeks I spoke with the area director.. week 4 spoke with corporate.. so it was a 4 week journey for this job.. only for me to text them to find out if I got the job..for them to say that they are going another direction. Fine they didn't want to hire me.. but there was no reason to keep me dangling.. I am just letting you guys out there know in case you are looking for employment with this company. Freaking ridiculous!!

customer service here is always so bad.i think the people that work the cashier are kids but they need to be trained on how to be professional and provide good customer service.every time I visit, they never ask me if i'm staying or doing take out- they just tell me my total. I've also never been to a PB where the cashiers don't bag my food when i do take out?they also just point to the scanner when i show them my phone.. they also always take their sweet time talking to each other instead of checking people out.
